看到一天天自己的群资源不断增长，就将公司主推广的移动电源也放到群里来卖，真的是厂价直销了，张冬艳利用她的微信群资源在群里面发了一些软文，效果立马就出来了，这个月让她的工资翻了三倍，看到能出效果，群越来越多，她就决定辞职单干，就在自己租的房间里面创业，还借钱买了多台二手的苹果手机用来换群，经过一个月没日没夜的努力，这一个多月后就换足了10000个微信群了。
加个人粉丝不如加群快，这是张冬艳总结出来的，因在群里面不动，每天也会有几百人在加她，但现在问题出出来了，每天这么多的人在找她换群，要加她为好友，二个人根本就忙不过来了，很想找到更好的方法和工具，后来经打听了解到，有家全国最大的微商服务平台，叫加粉网的，里面不但可以大量换群互粉，还可以找到最好用的微营销方法和工具，这让她加群加好友的速度更快了，三个月后，群成员和个人粉丝总共超过了400万人。
