关于“互联网+”，目前我们看到的最多的是“互联网+上门”模式，这类服务的模式简单清晰，而“互联网+巴士”这个行业是怎样的？这次采访了小猪巴士的创始人王和，来聊聊互联网巴士这个行业。
一、“互联网+巴士”，正在切入上下班的现象级场景
互联网巴士是根据白领聚集区，公司大厦的所在区定制精准路线，上下人群也较为固定，在时间效率上可以更高。其次由于互联网巴士属于“一人一座”的私人定制，也比公交车和地铁来的更为舒适。有着“更快”与“舒适”的特点。
今年4月，51用车获得百度领投的千万投资，同月百度再次领投天天用车千万，一石二鸟，来势汹汹。同月，滴滴宣布涉足拼车业务，当即宣布开启高额补贴，补贴大战再次开始。7月15日，继快车、顺风车之后滴滴正式宣布上线“滴滴巴士”，进军互联网巴士行业。
打车是高频，而白领的上下班出行也是高频，2014年做定制大巴上下班的公司以小猪巴士为代表的还只有不到3家，2015年截至到目前已经涌现出多达7、8家企业做这一个领域，目前易道巴士、PP大巴、接我、嘀嗒巴士、滴滴巴士都已相继杀入，对这个市场垂涎三尺。
目前暂无其它家的数据，根据小猪巴士方面提供的数据，北上广深出租车行业的日营收额大概在9300万到1亿之间，而公交系统的营业额大概是2.8亿到3亿之间，所以相比于出租车行业，这个行业的成长空间更大。目前小猪巴士在深圳、广州、上海、南京、成都、杭州、太原、武汉等17个城市已经开辟了上下班路线，目前总共开辟出了4000多条线路，并且每天以10%左右的速度增长，用户的需求量也十分巨大。
从商业模式上来说，互联网巴士比打车以及专车有更好的变现模式，因为所面临的是用户上下班时的固定场景，而打车属于非固定场景，所以这一路的需求可以包括早餐、WIFI、空气净化器等等，还有广告投放，在未来也具有很大的想象力。
在王和看来，目前这个行业正处在初级阶段，和2012年的滴滴打车有点像，未来会有更多的白领将上线班出行的选择转移到互联巴士上来。
二、解决上班族的什么痛点？
王和说，上下班人群有两种出行选择，第一种是坐公交车与地铁，第二种是打车与自己开车。
先说第一种，北上广深的每周一到周五早上的大概8点到10点，以及晚上的5点到6点是上下班人群高峰时段，这一时间段很多人都挤在地铁与公交车上。而每天在人挤人的环境中待上一两个小时其实是极为不舒服的，并且由于站点较多，会有很多时间花费在等人上。
再说第二种，第二种属于自己开车或者打车去上班的人群，虽然这些人可以坐在舒适的座位上，时间也比坐公交车短。但是成本极高，一个月平均产生一两千块钱左右的成本，并且自己坐车本来就是为了快速到达，但往往会堵在路上，这就更让人堵心了。
所以，“互联网+巴士”走的是中间路线，企图解决两边的痛点。对于挤公交的人群来说，是解决拥挤和速度慢的痛点，让他们可以花同样的出行价格享受到更高质量的出行服务。而对于打车和自己开车的人来说，是解决高价格出行的痛点，让他们以更为低廉的价格享受到同样高质量的出行服务。
三、“互联网+巴士”服务如何做？
1.对资源整合能力的要求远超打车
王和说，“互联网+巴士”这个行业远比打车要复杂 ，打车起步比较简单，因为有出租车公司帮你管理出租车司机的培训，帮你管理车辆，你只需要控制司机端，教会师傅使用软件，接着往里面猛砸钱就行。但是巴士则完全不是这种玩法。
首先他们必须与运输公司合作，但是运输公司的资源不像打车司机，不是谁都能轻易拿到优质资源，并且拿到之后还需要更深入的合作。传统运输公司非常强势，如何让传统公司能够按照互联网公司的要求来做？整套玩法就完全不一样，不是光靠砸钱就能做起来这么简单，这里面有更多复杂的关系要做，更多的是需要沉淀的资源。而王和有着整整15年的车联网方面经验，曾经成功创立过相关公司，从事过北斗卫星定位系统、运输车辆配套设施服务，所以对交通出行行业相当精通。并且还与相关运输公司以及政府部门都有很好的合作关系，所以才能够比较顺利地整合各方面资源。
当然除此之外，还有诸如如何判定上班族居住区，设置接车点？公司聚集区在哪几个位置？具体在哪个点可以停车？如何正确设计出公交线路，让乘坐时间更短，效率更高？这里面所需要的相关技术也是打车行业所没有的。
所以滴滴虽然有很多钱，但还是必须像一个小孩一样从零学起。
2，服务，服务，还是服务
很多用户逐渐从打出租车转向打专车，其中很大的一部分原因在于专车有着比出租车更好的服务质量与态度，互联网把这些更优质的服务给挖掘了出来。同样的，互联网巴士，相比于传统的公交车系统以及传统巴士租赁有着更高的服务质量。
王和举了一个例子，有一次用户从小猪巴士包了一辆巴士，小猪巴士的合作方提供了一辆新车，但是用户上车之后则闻到了一股甲醛味，给小猪巴士反馈后，小猪巴士方面马上在5分钟之内立即联系相关方调来了另一辆车，这也让用户十分感动。而在在传统时代几乎是不可能的，因为传统的运输公司比较强势，在他们看来只要能够给你提供车就已经结束任务，你不能坐是娇气，他们的服务已经到位了。传统的运输公司没有品牌，经常做一锤子买卖，但对于互联网公司来说，口碑以及信任是极为重视的，一旦有用户在网上骂你，那就马上要危机公关了，所以既然是互联网公司，就必须为用户提供超越传统的服务质量。
其实任何行业都是如此，在传统时代，强势方往往总是商家、零售业、房地产中介、快递行业、出租车行业、汽车租赁业等等，而互联网这个工具正在全面驯服这些传统行业，让这些行业开始越来越重视用户体验。
结语：场景还遥远，眼前的帐还得算算
首先，当把大量巴士资源投入到白领上下班通勤场景中，除上下班外的时间都是空置。对于这点小猪巴士表示可以提供旅游包车服务，而车辆的使用时间有限，白天空闲时间大致在上午10点到下午4点，即使是市内旅行团用车一般也需要全天，这个空闲时间很难满足旅游车的需求。包大型车辆巴士，在城市内这一时间也不是稳定常有的需求，所以资源能多大程度充分利用还存在疑虑。其次，现在各大城市停车也存在问题，这类巴士不能停靠公交车站，空闲时间停车也产生成本。关于停车的问题，小猪巴士表示停车问题不由我们解决，由运输公司解决。
王和表达了自己对未来智能巴士的期许，我脑补了一下这个画面大概会是这样，现在的用户打开打车APP可以打车，今后的用户打开智能公交车APP，输入自己要去的地方，付款完毕后，正在运行的智能公交车就可以随时智能调整路线，尽量来到你附近，又便宜又舒服，比打车还DIAO。
当然这个场景还十分十分的遥远，使用习惯还得花时间花钱来培养。至于小猪巴士现在拿了多少融资，他们并未透露，单说近几个月会公布。目前先把眼前的事情做好，先培养出白领们上下班乘坐互联网巴士的习惯才是最重要的，这必要需要大量资本去驱动。我留意到小猪巴士的公司名字是“小猪巴适”，“巴适”在四川方言里是“舒适”的意思，也希望未来就像这个名字的寓意一样，“互联网+巴士”这个行业能够让我们的出行变得更加舒适。
