骑行是一种健康自然的运动旅游方式，能充分享受旅行过程之美。一辆单车一套骑行装备即可出行，简单又环保，驶过颠簸的路途，穿越黑暗的隧道，在不断而来的困难当中体验挑战，在遥远的他乡体验风情。但就互联网改造传统行业的角度而言，“骑行运动”这个领域还鲜有涉及，不过也开始有创业者进行探索。
例如近年上线的骑乐网，是一个以自行车资讯为主的网站。骑乐网现有PC端和移动端两个产品形态，依托这两个资讯平台，在行业和用户口碑中逐渐确立影响力之后，逐渐增加社区和电商平台，并开发自身的一系列硬件产品和软件产品。在骑乐网，用户可以了解自行车，同时参与运动相关的活动、消费、社交、维护保养等综合性的O2O平台，并形成一个全面的生态圈。
创始人李蔚向猎云网介绍，骑乐网团队成立于2013年，但在2013年至2014年间主要以网站和APP初期资讯内容建设和学习为主，在2015年3月网站改版升级之后，会开始逐步往我们的计划目标迈进。目前团队主力有六人，兼职若干以及撰稿人、运动教练等。
李蔚说，团队本身核心成员从事体育行业七年，并一直服务于自行车行业，所以对于自行车行业比较熟悉。智能化是趋势，无论价格是多少，智能单车（1K-100K）的普及是无法避免的，中国每年的单车市场（不含电动车）8000万辆，而这8000万辆极有可能转变成智能单车，无论消费者喜不喜欢自行车运动，这对骑乐网来说还是大有可为，而且未来空间会更大。
就当前的产品来看，平台给用户呈现现实、直接、切身的资讯信息与产品操作体验；在自带的车店中，将骑行爱好者导流到自己的销售渠道和推广平台，从资讯到产品的运营让用户对品牌更为熟知。李蔚对猎云网讲，线下也是项目较为侧重的一部分。比如从2013年底启动针对企业用户的团队骑行服务，这种服务不但为我们带来直接的现金流收入，还可将这些自行车运动的体验者部分转化为自行车运动的爱好者和消费者并成为我们的用户。
目前在媒体平台上，国内有影响力的主要是BIKETO和700bike。其中BIKETO偏向自行车行业门户，业内称其为自行车里的新浪，而700bike更多针对的是城市白领阶层的骑行文化，在张向东进入之后，他们已经开始了智能单车的研发。
但对骑乐网来说，目前虽然以媒体资讯为主，但前期的其它方面布局已经开始，更多的差异化体现在线下，如综合性自行车服务平台、自行车安全停放体系建设（这个计划，目前已经和国外相关公司签订合作协议，预计未来几年在国内一线城市将会启动建设）、自行车优质配件产品等。
据李蔚透露，在还未大量推广宣传的情况下，目前网站、APP、社交媒体平台上用户数已经破万，已经初步实现用户即收入的模式。而粘性方面除了进一步加深优质资讯的推送以外，骑乐网在规划能更友好、更易于互动的社区形式，而且国内虽然自行车网站很多，但是有影响力的优质网站并不多，所以这方面李蔚并不是很担心。
当然，就现阶段而言，项目也存在很多的问题要解决。李蔚对猎云网说，如功能性产品尚未开发，这也是我们最急迫的需求，团队正在对融资做下一步的规划，如果可以获得一定资本投入的话，功能性的硬件和软件产品将会是我们的主攻点。
李蔚将骑乐网的发展计划归结为三步。第一步：建立移动端与WEB端的媒体、社交、活动平台；第二步：建立自身线下综合性渠道与服务平台，开始研发与销售周边产品（如智能单车配件）以及线上商城；第三部：更多的硬软件开发，建立一整套线上到线下的生态圈。
诚如李蔚所说，骑乐网最终希望打造的是一个围绕自行车运动的生态圈，而自行车就是第一个试验田，我们的核心团队在08年就创办了一家名为皆在体育的体育咨询公司，骑乐网是皆在体育的第一个“生态圈项目”，如果未来成功的话，可以将其快速复制到其它运动领域，比如水上运动。
“如果一个在自行车行业非常有影响力的品牌，一个线上至线下垂直打通的品牌，一个明白消费者真正所需的品牌，进入到这个市场会产生什么样的影响？”李蔚给猎云网展现未来的一个场景：自行车爱好者，来骑乐网看新闻资讯，参与的线上社交来源于骑乐网，经常在骑乐网的市场看看有什么好的新装备，然后穿着骑乐品牌的通勤服饰上班后将骑乐品牌的自行车停放到物业配套的骑乐品牌的自行车存储设施，下班后来到骑乐品牌的线下服务点喝杯咖啡和其他骑乐用户侃大山，然后玩着骑乐APP的单车小游戏，最后一起用骑乐的数据记录APP进行一场小比赛。
