创办校园微信公众号半年后就盈利
还利用公众号众筹了一家咖啡馆
在这个“人人都是自媒体”的时代，创建微信公众号的门槛很低，几乎零成本。但是，想要用公众号盈利，并且能够保持下去，并非易事。
而在浙江师范大学，3个男生带领着一个团队在去年3月创建了校园生活服务类微信公众号——“口袋师大”，在运营半年后实现盈利。不光如此，他们还用公众号众筹了一家咖啡厅。
创办微信公众号
半年就盈利
查成绩查课表、送外卖订牛奶、报名学车、找兼职、帮室友找对象……打开“口袋师大”的微信公众号，记者发现一个大学生在学校的日常生活需求，基本可以依靠这个已有2.2万粉丝的公众号来完成。而这个浙师大目前粉丝数量最多的微信公众号最初就是由8名浙师大学生创办的。
去年3月，浙师大中非商学院国贸专业的大三男生唐忠林和7个小伙伴创建了“口袋师大”。此时，浙师大校园里，同类型的微信公众号竞争也是蛮激烈的。
“口袋师大”最先主打的是送外卖服务，这也为他们积累了第一批粉丝。但好景不长，随着各种社会上的送外卖APP进入校园，“口袋师大”的业务量明显就下来了。
为了吸粉，唐忠林和小伙伴们绞尽脑汁，还找了自己学院专门研究网络营销的老师请教。“一方面是娱乐型吸粉，例如路演、搞线下活动等，还有就是用开发查成绩、查课表等服务以刚性需求型吸粉。”唐忠林说，他们最终决定坚持“服务学生”的方向，不断推出新的生活服务类功能，例如送水果、订牛奶，和商铺合作推出商铺会员一卡通，以及驾校报名、学生兼职服务等。
不过，想要经营好一个微信公众号，耗时费力是必然的。团队里陆续有人因为毕业、学业冲突等原因退出，唐忠林也坦言，忙碌时，他需要每天花上五六个小时打理。如今，8人小团队已只剩下唐忠林、同专业的大三学弟陈毅和地理环境学院城市规划专业的大四男生周恒辉。
不过好在从去年9月开始，“口袋师大”已经开始盈利。唐忠林说，靠盈利中的小部分，已可基本维持6个做项目的学生每个月的生活费，以及支付8个给公众号供稿小编的稿费，而盈利大头则会继续用于“口袋师大”的发展。
还用微信
众筹了一家咖啡厅
其实，他们不光靠“口袋师大”赚够了生活费，而且还运用公众号的平台和人气，众筹了一家咖啡厅。
今年1月1日，浙师大校园里有一家咖啡厅转让。一直梦想能开家店的唐忠林及两个小伙伴立即用“口袋师大”的第一桶金和父母的支援，接了手。10天后，咖啡厅开张，3个人既是老板，又是厨师，还要充当服务员。
“开咖啡店比我们想像的要累很多，而且学业、公众号和咖啡厅难以三头兼顾。”唐忠林说，意识到正在渐渐偏离初衷的三个人，决定启动众筹模式。简单讲，就是把咖啡厅折合成60股，每股3000元，让股东一起参与到咖啡厅的经营和管理中。但和传统众筹不同的是，这次众筹，不仅筹资，还筹合伙人。
他们在“口袋师大”发布了众筹消息，仅用了4天，就筹集到了所需的18万元资金。45个股东大多是浙师大各年级各专业的学生，还有浙师大毕业生、外贸公司老总等等。
“如此一来，我们降低了自身投入成本，而且还有了自己的线下平台。”唐忠林说，微信公众号只是一个社交平台，如果线下没有一些文化交互性活动，将会影响平台信任度和粉丝黏度的增强。
而这一招，也被唐忠林和小伙伴们称为是“互联网+”的应用，即把互联网上获得的成功转化融合在现实生活中。
虽然眼下已经到了毕业季，但是唐忠林、陈毅和周恒辉并没有打算另找工作。“目前‘口袋师大’盈利模式还不够清晰，盈利也不够稳定，接下来我们准备细化服务，并开设O2O实体店（记者注：指将线下的商务机会与互联网结合的店铺）。”唐忠林说，他们已经联系了金华的几所高校，准备扩大服务范围，“按照构想，我们还会把它推广到社区，挖掘社区的盈利点。”
