全国第六次人口普查数据显示我国老龄人口共有17759.44万人，占我国人口比重13.32%，数据表明我国已经成为一个老龄化国家，老龄化的程度在不断的加剧。人口结构方面，我国的人口结构呈现出“少子化”的发展趋势，很多老人面临着老无所养的情况，老人出现了健康或者其他问题，身边缺人照顾。在这样的一个背景下，春风陪护就应运而生了。
春风陪护是一款利用移动互联O2O的模式提供高质量的陪护及延伸医疗服务的应用软件。
据了解，目前陪护行业是一个比较糟糕的发展情况。从业人员的文化程度偏低且年龄普遍偏大。春风陪护创始人汪洪波说希望可以通过春风陪护让更多有专业素质的人进入这个行业，相较以前的从业人员能有一定程度的素质和文化层次的提升，从而能够给老人的服务有更大的保障。
谈到产品初衷，汪洪波告诉猎云网，一是希望通过努力提升陪护师的生活质量，二是希望通过春风陪护可以建立一个比较健全的服务质量保障体系，让老年人得到可靠稳定的服务。
春风陪护APP主要是医院和家庭两个入口，点开医院入口就会看到陪护师的选择列表。陪护师分为初、中、高三个等级，陪护价格从低到高。陪护时间可以选择十二小时或二十四小时。选定陪护师提交订单后，客服会致电客户确认订单信息，之后陪护师上门开始服务，付款方式可以选择在线付款或现金交易。家庭入口的模式与医院相同，特点是加入了母婴服务。春风陪护的特色服务实际上是高级陪护，陪护师都是由专业的护士担任，这个服务主要面向高端人群或者客户需要大量辅助治疗的客户。高级陪护师就能提供更高质量和相对专业的陪护服务。
在春风陪护的陪护时光板块中，陪护师可以通过APP创建健康档案，上传陪护过程语音、图片、文字等，亲人远在千里，也可以随时了解、跟进康复进展、生活细节等。与传统O2O模式不同的是，春风陪护的服务时间更长，是一个相对长期的过程，更看重的是陪护师与用户24小时的一个粘性。陪护过程中，陪护师更容易和老人建立起情感的联系，用户粘性更高。
陪护师在正式上线之前会进行一个两个星期的正规培训，培训教材是来自社会保障部的统一教材。在护理经验方面，春风陪护并没有做特殊要求，相对于经验来说更看重则是态度。陪护和护理有一定的区别，陪护不涉及治疗行为，更多的是关乎生活，是一种“低技能，高态度”的的职业。
汪洪波说：“现在产品主要是面向医院和社区，重点在医院。医院方面，传统的陪护公司与医院都有自己的合作方式，作为后来者，春风陪护也需要去打破一些传统结构。”春风陪护抱着一个开放的态度，希望与同行是合作大于竞争。目前市场上专一做护工市场的产品还较少，如医陪护就不单只做护工，还包括推拿，针灸项目等。相比之下，春风陪护的优势就是专注做陪护，针对性更强。
发展规划方面，汪洪波告诉猎云网，春风陪护今后将会延伸医疗服务，加入相关的健康管理，对于康复的老人进行后期的生理理化健康的检测，也会考虑和WOWO超市的中央厨房建立合作关系，解决老人的吃饭问题等。
据猎云网了解，目前春风陪护正准备启动A轮融资计划。
