据外媒报道，英国一名13岁男童开设了一家公司，售卖其制作“报税贴纸”，仅短短8周，就已经赚了3000英镑(约合人民币2.9万元)。
据报道，去年10月，英国修改法例，不再要求车主在车窗上贴“报税贴纸”，13岁的哈维很好奇，若少了报税提示，会不会有车主忘记报税。于是他上网查找资料，发现仅3月一个月就已经有6000人忘记报税，被罚款数额达500W至800W英镑，于是，他发现了售卖“报税贴纸”的商机。
据悉，哈维的爸爸替儿子注册了公司，并资助2000英镑的资金助其创业。
报道称，哈维设计了8款“报税贴纸”，当他收到顾客的资料后，就会上网替他们查看报税截止日期，并把这些数据印在贴纸上，再寄给他们，每个贴纸收费4英镑，只是开始了8周，他已经赚了3000英镑。
报道称，哈维现在每天都会接到400张订单，他对售卖报税贴纸的前景乐观，“4英镑与500英镑(罚款)对比，只是十分少，根本不可以比较。”
哈维认为，车主只需花费少许金钱，就可以预防自己逾期报税而被罚款的危机，即使当局会发报税提示，购买报税贴纸也没有坏处，只是多一重保障。
