伴随大量创业者和资本的涌入，大学生兼职市场成为一块炙手可热的掘金地。在行业垂直细分的趋势下，已经很少有大学生再去58同城和赶集网找兼职工作，同时开始涌现出如兼职猫、跑跑兼职、蜗牛树、一米兼职等多个创业项目，就整个行业来看，目前发展形势一片大好，但兼职市场还没有一家龙头公司，仍处于混战阶段。
“职有我”APP同样切入大学生兼职，并在今年2月份宣布获得150万天使融资。猎云网了解，职有我从传统行业出发，由早前的“橙色部落”更名而来，是一个为大学生提供兼职信息的大学生兼职联盟，成立六年来累积了40万会员、4500家长期合作、60万人次的就职量。2014年10月，职有我将兼职业务发展至互联网，用自有资金打造“职有我全国大学生免费兼职APP”。
从大学生兼职需求出发，触碰互联网迎转型契机
缘何有此创业想法，还要从创始人刘占禹早年的经历说起。其实，早在2008年刘占禹就开始接触大学生兼职市场。在他看来，一部分大学生的就业观是有问题的：为了就业而就业，很少去考虑他们做的工作对他们的成长是否有帮助。当时刘占禹想要改变大学生的这种观念，决定从大学生步入社会之前面对的兼职和实习问题入手，于是在2009年2月创业自己的公司，起名为橙色部落。
公司从创立之初到今，发展历程也是一波三折，对于橙色部落来说最大的成功莫过于成功转型互联网公司。那问题来了，是什么让一家公司在这个行业存在了六年之久，并有勇气向最烧钱的领域转型？
在刘占禹看来，传统的兼职行业有着过于原始的宣传方法、过于单一的业务内容和太过浅显的服务纵深，无法满足公司发展和用户需求。而由于地域的局限性，企业招聘人才的覆盖面也受到牵制，企业岗位曝光度低，无法找到满意人才。
另一方面，现在的90后大学生们已无法止步于满足自身需要及社会需要，他们更向往价值观层面的契合，与精神层面的引领，同时需要更强的群体认同感。在消费行为上也更容易相互影响，基于这些问题，将线下单一兼职服务转化为线上多元化职业平台，正是现在需要的。
于是2014年下半年，开始着手转型，挖掘互联网人才，并将公司改名为“职有我”。刘占禹对猎云网讲，当传统兼职行业互联网化时，最大的弊病就是将互联网作为一个业务渠道和宣传途径，手段繁复，没有创新，这时互联网化反而成为了公司发展的拖累，因此利用既有线下行业优势带动线上发展才是最重要的。
重新定义兼职模式，独创先行垫付功能
目前导致兼职市场无序混乱的原因：一、企业诚信问题：企业的诚信一方面是指兼职中介机构是否诚信可靠；另一方面则是兼职的实际雇佣方是否能说到做到。二、学生诚信问题：学生能否认真对待兼职工作，按要求完成企业任务。三、兼职安全问题：如何规避涉世未深的大学生在兼职时的安全隐患，这也是学生自身、学生家长以及学校最担心的问题。
针对以上问题，职有我APP提出了以下解决方案：
一、职位审核体系：延续职有我线下制度，每一个职位都会经过审核专员的严格审核，确保学生看到的每个职位都是安全放心的，最大限度保障学生的利益。
二、信用评价体系：信誉评价体系可作为学生对于企业有效真实的选择依据。学生可以和企业互评，学生在参与工作后即可对企业进行评价，其他学生可以依此来了解工作内容，并判断是否适合自己。企业可以通过学生的信用记录来判断学生是否适合岗位。与此同时职有我会记录学生的工作历程，并在后台生成一份简历，在大学生准备步入社会时，这份简历将成为学生职场的敲门砖。而企业方面也通过对曾用人才的记录建立了人才库。
三、先行垫付功能：职有我打破原有思维惯性，重新定义兼职模式，率先为大学生提供了先行垫付服务。学生在工作之前可以先领钱，增强了学生对于企业的信任，为大学生提供锻炼自己的机会的同时保障学生们的利益。职有我APP的出现迎合了大学生快节奏、碎片化的属性，将兼职流程简化。最大限度的缩短了学生和企业的求职招聘成本，并在此基础上给予大学生良好的用户体验，为学生带来真正的“兼职乐趣”。
同时在业务方面，职有我在满足学生基本兼职需求后继续深挖，为大学生提供“兼职-实习-就业”一站式服务，并为大学生记录职业历程、进行职业规划和就业指导。在大学生职业生涯中的各个阶段为大学生提供与求职相关的综合服务，而且让学生们可以在平台上交流，引发大学生的独立思考，以此来帮助更多的大学生学会工作方法，而不仅仅是授人以鱼。
据了解，经过半年的调整，职有我已经拥有一支近40人的团队。其中包括经验丰富的客服团队，还有校园渠道团队，仅北京就有500名校园经理，一天内可将推广信息投放至100所高校，完成北京校园无死角覆盖，将企业的需求完美落地；现在又新增了产品研发团队，为职有我APP快速迭代提供高效支持。
刘占禹讲，下一阶段“职有我”将上线更多的功能，打造一个垂直于大学生群体的招聘社区。基于这个移动化平台，让大学生在职有我的生态圈中可以随时获取行业动态、吸收工作经验、探讨职业规划、甚至产生职业众包。未来职有我将慢慢的从一个求职工具，一步步的成长为一个与大学生活不可剥离的互动社区；同时扩展用户间交流方式，形成一个特殊的“自媒体”招聘社区。
据了解，团队已经完成天使轮融资，职有我正准备进行下一轮融资，资金将用于完善职有我的产品，拓展职有我的市场占有率。
