O2O，有人理解为单纯的商业模式，也有人把它当做是一种营销手段，那它到底是什么?
单从概念上看，O2O是个舶来品，意思是Online To Offline(线上到线下)。现在只要产业链中既涉及线上，又涉及线下的，皆可称之为O2O。但把它看做是一个系统也许更准确些。在这个系统里，商业模式是形而上的上层建筑，要实现它、玩转它，需要形而下的技术工具做支撑。
换句话说，在如今传统企业、互联网企业争相加入，却难觅出口的O2O迷宫里，工具也许会是一个突破口。新的互联网工具、智能工具的出现，将为 O2O提供更多的解决方案和更多的可能。
淘小店，买家变卖家
朋友圈里的微店尚未形成气候，微信对于微店的不支持态度，在基于移动互联网的电商领域为淘宝留足了空间，于是，2014年8月一款名为淘小店的App在淘宝服务市场上线。这是淘宝、天猫、阿里TAE(Taobao App Engine)联合又一城软件科技，合作推出的一款基于个人手机开店的社会化移动分销工具。
淘小店的口号是“人人是买家，人人是卖家”。每个手机开店的个人既可以购买该小店的商品，也能替小店推广卖货。通过这款App工具，天猫B店卖家可在移动端快速发展大量个人分销商，实现全民分销;淘宝C店卖家可将PC端的淘宝店变成独立的移动端淘宝小店，并可以和熟人朋友一起卖货。
个人安装淘小店App即可开设自己的手机淘宝小店，绑定品牌后通过来往、微信、QQ等社交工具分享商品与营销内容，交易完成后，个人分销商的销售收益通过支付宝自动分账。
淘小店是个新玩意，目前数量已经达到1300家，其中，最引人注目的就是苍井空的SPAKEYS内衣。
美女，到桌上来
线上点餐+线下体验，再加上免费外卖配送，餐饮O2O究竟靠什么吸引顾客?海底捞似的死忠服务，还是基于数据分析的个性化定制?也许，你还可以把餐厅变成年轻人搭讪异性的新技能。
乌克兰的高科技公司Kodisoft设计了一套交互式餐厅技术，将菜品、饮料的图片、食材搭配、价格等信息陈列在一个防水触屏桌上，顾客只需要在电子菜单上下单就可以将信息传给厨房，不需要服务员就能自己点单。那种叫服务员等半天，在你跟服务员询问菜是怎么做的时候被别桌给抢掉服务员的憋屈事就再也不会发生了。
当然，更重要的是，顾客可以在等餐的时间里，用触屏桌子玩游戏、看新闻及跟别的餐桌的客人聊天。如果遇到有眼缘的异性，你甚至可以在桌上为对方点一杯饮料，如果对方接受了，你就算搭讪成功，接下来会发生什么，请大胆想象。这是不是比微信、陌陌之类的社交应用更吸引人，因为你基本可以所见即所得。
目前，上海的又乐已经自主研发了这项技术，他们的交互餐厅今年内就会登陆国内的餐饮市场。
装在手机里的房卡
有没有设想过这样的场景：你到外地出差或者旅游，出发前在线预订酒店之后，手机上会收到电子钥匙，等你抵达酒店之后，只需手机，就可以直接抵达房间，打开房门，中间不需要任何繁琐的入住手续办理。入住过程中，用户可以通过手机直接呼叫酒店的服务。入住到期后，电子钥匙会自动失效，用户也无需办理退房手续，即可安然离开。
相形之下，仅仅是线上预订的酒店O2O是不是太过浅薄?新的智能工具延伸了酒店O2O的想象空间。它的成功之处在于解决酒店入住体验的痛点。虽然线上预订给用户带来了便利，但在抵达酒店后客人依然需要排队办理住房、退房手续，出入房间需要房卡开锁和关锁，短暂出行时需要携带房卡，而对于酒店来说，需要管理维护大量的房卡，住房、退房需要人员服务且效率低。
现在，在智慧锁各项技术上领先的核桃智慧锁，已经在移动互联网锁具领域小试牛刀，整合了无线互联网技术、智能手机技术、云技术、网络安全技术、机械防盗技术，实现了手机对钥匙的取代。下一步，核桃智慧锁计划与酒店合作，开启新的酒店入住模式。
鞋子的量身定选
表面上看，O2O要解决的是盈利模式的问题，实际上却是服务的问题。比如，一家鞋店，要做O2O，首先应该解决的或许是如何为消费者挑选一双合脚的鞋这个简单的问题。
如果你赤脚踩在3D脚型测量仪上，测量仪就能瞬间计算出脚型各部位的三维数据，并在各种步态运动学参数的帮助下，为你推荐合适的鞋款，那会是什么样的情景。如果真能如此称心地买到一双鞋，你是不是不会在乎用什么方式付款?而且，当你离开门店后，你的数据依然保留，店家还可以根据你的数据，在线推荐适合你的鞋款。
这样的购物过程发生在万鞋云商的体验店里。体验店坐落在厦门加州商场入口一层，拥有1000多平方米的实体面积。这个体验店的最大亮点就是这款3D脚型测量仪，这项技术的拥有者是厦门可睿特信息科技。可睿特投资成立厦门冉星科技有限公司，专注于3D技术的研发和服务，并于2014年7月份协助万鞋云商搭建了这个号称国内第一的鞋业O2O体验店项目。目前，可睿特已经同诸多鞋类品牌企业达成合作，并正在筹划多个落地O2O项目。
公交出行的私人订制
2013年芬兰赫尔辛基推出了微型公交车服务。这个名为Kutsuplus的微型公交车服务，没有固定的线路和时间表，不同的乘客可以在智能手机App中指定自己想要上下车的时间和地点，App会统一处理这些请求，计算出能够满足所有请求的最便捷路线。每辆微型公交车可以承载9名乘客，一般一次乘坐需要3.5欧元基本票价加每公里0.45欧元的加价。虽然Kutsuplus比传统公交车(2.5欧元)收费贵一些，但远不及同样满足“点到点”需求的出租车费用(起步价8.6欧元，每公里1.43欧元)。 根据赫尔辛基交通部门介绍，推行不到一年的Kutsuplus，乘客数量已从初期的每月不到千人上升到2014年5月的近五千人。
而这只是芬兰赫尔辛基交通局雄心勃勃的智能公交规划的一部分。根据这个规划，到2025年，人们可以随时随地在智能手机上选择和购买合适的出行服务，并在线下实时享用。传统的公交系统由城市公共交通部门制定固定的路线和班次，而赫尔辛基计划的未来系统则会由线上平台收集和处理数据，为市民提供量身定制的出行规划，实现按需供应的公共交通。市民只需在App中输入出行的起点和终点，系统就会自动生成最为便捷的出行路线和出行工具组合。
机器人的教育O2O猜想
基于移动互联网的工具革新如火如荼，智能机器人也凑起了热闹。2010年，腾讯启动了一个名为Qrobot的机器人项目，目前有三款产品，小Q、Q影、小小Q，其中，小小Q是一款智能亲子伴侣。作为亲子伴侣，小小Q的早教功能备受关注。目前小小Q具备四个功能：听听、聊聊、成长和遥控。这些交互功能，引发关于教育O2O的新的猜想。有媒体甚至推测腾讯会利用小小Q跻身在线教育领域。智能机器人能否成为教育O2O的新工具?这款售价339元的小机器人如果得到普及，会带来怎样的教育O2O新形态?如此一来，大数据是不是可以从娃娃抓起?猜想才刚刚开始。技术的进步改变着人们的思维方式，自然也影响着商业模式的革新。在“众愁”的O2O领域，技术工具也许才是最好的解决方案。
