兼职猫是一款帮助大学生找到身边真实兼职信息的产品。近来，高校已然成了创业圣地，互联网金融，高校物流，校园O2O，校园生鲜，优秀的团队和产品也都进入了预跑赛道，其中的高校兼职市场也有不少产品出现，跑跑兼职，一米兼职，同学帮帮，蜗牛树等，虽然产品众多，但还没有一家独大的现象。
整体来看，兼职猫做的算是轻模式。目前兼职信息是通过他们自开发的抓取筛选引擎配合人工来完成兼职信息填补。同学帮帮则是靠线下地推人员一家一家去拜访谈判。同学帮帮模式重一些，但能保证高的成功率。兼职猫现在是轻模式，扩张进度会比较快，真实性通则通过最后一道人工把关也能控制真实性等风险。
兼职市场的核心在于打破学生与商家的沟通信息差，学生能在一个大范围真实兼职信息里挑选到合适的兼职，商家能在更多的靠谱学生里找到岗位合适的人是兼职平台所能赋予的双方价值。那么大学生除了有本地兼职需求外，旅行兼职也是一个有趣的需求。
兼职猫最近正式运营的旅行兼职频道算是对此行业的尝试，王锐旭告诉猎云网，旅行兼职板块现在还不是兼职猫的核心，但大学生有需求，我们才上线的频道。
兼职旅行又称打工旅行和义工旅行，是一种在旅游目的地通过打工换取食宿的行为。背包客需要穷游，青年旅社常年需要人手管理。旅行者在青年旅舍短期工作（一般是一个月）来换取食宿，以节省长途旅行费用，并且让囊中羞涩但又心怀旅行梦想的年轻人，融入当地的生活获得更多的体验。
so，也不是那么容易，兼职旅行适合年轻学生，通过此种方式走出去，获得一定的锻炼，也间接体验风土人情。但最好是自己已经出行过几次，也住过几次青旅，具备独立能力。
对于信息真实度，兼职猫目前是线下自谈+店主提交（人工审核）模式，对于暑假一族，独立的大学生可以尝试，但出发之前建议双方一定要沟通好细节。
目前来看校园兼职产品，都有不同的侧重城市，运营逻辑也各有不同，有尝试优先垫资的，有尝试做大学生兼职数据库的，有模式重的一对一，有模式轻的大数据抓取审核。但最终依然得注意这几个点：真实，安全，安全，还是TM的安全。
