在毕业季,找工作时一张好看的证件照就是半个通行证。但现实情况是,一提到证件照,有人会调侃“证件照是世界上最丑的照片,没有之一”。而一群90后大学生却瞄准了里面的商机,开照相馆做起了专拍“最美证件照”的生意。更令人膜拜的是,这已经是他们开出的第三家照相馆分店。
营业一周后生意好到提早预约
这家名为“1933”的照相馆,开在温州大学城茶山镇。面积130多平方米的照相馆,被分隔为化妆区、拍摄区、修图区、休息区几大区间。在这些区间里,拍照所需的各色化妆品、西装、领结以及照相机、反光板、遮光罩等摄影器材一应俱全。
今年22岁的魏旭明是这家照相馆的主要负责人,他的另一个身份是温州科技职业学院数字媒体专业的一名大三学生。魏旭明告诉记者,其实这是他们开出的第三家专拍最美证件照的照相馆。前两家分别开在杭州的舟山东路树人大学边和下沙高教园区内。目前,团队共有20来个人,分队经营着这三家照相馆。现在由他负责的这家照相馆,共有5名成员,化妆、摄影、修图这些工作都由5人分工完成。
魏旭明介绍,现在照相馆除了拍摄护照签证、结婚登记、证件写真这些常见的一寸照外,还推出了职业形象照、会议婚礼跟拍、宠物照等业务。在他们店里拍摄一套“一寸照”的价格需要68元,虽然比市面上的普通证件照要高出三四倍,但店里的人气丝毫没有因为价格高而打折。
自上周营业以来,每天都有20来人到店光顾,生意太好以至于顾客都得提早两三天进行预约排队,才能拍到属于自己的一套“最美证件照”。
分享生意经重细节把简单做到最好
照相馆的生意这么好,这其中有什么秘诀吗?当记者问及这个问题时,魏旭明笑着向记者分享了他们的生意经。
“把简单做到最好。”魏旭明说,拍摄一张传统的证件照,顾客到店里坐下稍微整理一下,“咔嚓、咔嚓”几声,几分钟时间就完事了。但拿到的照片,却很难让顾客笑得起来。目光呆滞,表情木讷,是这些传统证件照的通病。而他们对拍摄的每一个细节都毫不含糊。像拍照时用到的背景壁纸,一卷需要几百块,但为了让拍摄效果达到最佳,他们在一周之内换了四次背景壁纸。
为了方便顾客,魏旭明说他们还自行购置了顾客拍摄所需的配饰、服装、化妆品等。根据顾客所要拍摄的证件照类型,他们会给顾客搭配相应的服装和妆容。除此之外,魏旭明表示拍摄过程是关键。当顾客坐在摄影棚后,他们做得比较多的就是和顾客打趣逗乐,好让顾客能够全身心地放松下来,从而展现出最为自然的笑容。另外,他们还有一个拍摄的小窍门,就是在拍摄前会请顾客先把眼睛闭上。魏旭明说,一般睁开眼的瞬间,是拍摄最好的瞬间。
“从前期的上妆换服到最后的照片出炉,一般需要30到40分钟的时间。”魏旭明说,耗费的时间成本和人工成本大,这也是他们的拍照价格比市面上高出不少的原因。
顾客树口碑主动替店家发微博涨粉
得益于这种精益求精的服务理念,他们感染了许多顾客。这些顾客中,有学生,有上班族,也有老人。“开张第一天就很忙,我们晚上六点多才吃上一天当中的第一顿饭。”谈及忙碌的生意,魏旭明透露出来的更多是一种满足。他说,虽然忙得不可开交,但顾客们的支持给了他们很大的动力。
“我们的营业时间是到晚上9点,但经常会延迟关门。”魏旭明说,有时候,原本预订好只拍一套照片的顾客,在看到拍出的照片很合他意后,便会要求再加拍其他类型的证件照。更让他们高兴的是,不少顾客在拿到拍好的证件照后,都会主动在微博或者朋友圈里发布信息帮忙宣传。目前,他们温州分店的微博平台在一周不到的时间内已累积了1000多名粉丝,微信平台开通三天就拥有了将近400名的粉丝。
而这样的成就,是魏旭明一行人在最开始创业时始料不及的。“去年9月,学校让我们去找实习单位。”魏旭明说,在递交实习资料的时候,需要用到证件照。当时,团队中的几名成员在学校附近找了一圈,却发现没有一家照相馆拍出的证件照效果比较理想。于是,他们便萌生了自己来开一家的想法。但让他们感到意外的是,在杭州树人大学边开出首家照相馆后,每天生意不断,到后期想拍照的顾客都得提早一个半月预约才能轮到。这其中,甚至有不少是从温州特地赶来的顾客,只为到他们照相馆拍一套“最美证件照”。看到温州的顾客越来越多,魏旭明几人便于上周开了一家温州分店。
从最初的一个想法转化为一个靠谱的创业项目,这在魏旭明看来是值得欣喜的,但他坦言压力也很大。“店面租金、器材设备等,我们一家店要投入几十万元。”魏旭明说,为了让他们好不容易打拼出来的事业延续下去,他们也在不断地学习改进。现在,他们的照相馆越做越专业。继微博、微信平台后,眼下他们的网站也在调试中,不久后就将上线了。

●化个小淡妆:
虽然身份证照片有禁止化浓妆的要求,但化个不易察觉的淡妆还是无妨的。如轻微涂个口红,打一点粉底,这样可以让你的气色红润,整体肤色看上去更为均匀。
●微微前探下巴:
不少女生为了让自己的脸显小,拍照时会特意紧收下巴,这其实是个误区。身份证照片拍摄角度很平,收下巴会造成下巴后方的肉被挤压,反而显得难看,因此正确的做法应该是下巴微微前探,这样会显得更自然,也会更自信。
●睁眼瞬间最美:
拍摄前先把眼睛闭上。一般睁开眼的瞬间,是最美最好的瞬间。
●注意头发穿着:
头发要整齐对称,另外衣服勿选黑色,尤其是长发女士。黑色衣服,会导致长发和衣服之间没有层次,脸和脖子被周边的黑色包围,给人脸大脖子短的错觉。
