婚姻生活日子久了，如果不注入新的生活内容，也许情感上会出现一些麻木。人是精神动物，在精神情感上寻找依恋，这不奇怪，人非草木吗！当你猛然意识到的时候，不要那么惊慌失措，更不要那么自责，更不能把自己想得那么糟糕。而是静静的想，理智的分析着情感的由来，用生活的天平来仔细的衡量出这份情感的轻重。重的就应该好好的维护它，轻的就用一颗忏悔的心，去求的那份真诚的谅解。这是一种超脱，也是一种境界。有人说过，家庭就是年轻的时候在经营的生意，到了老年的时候开始收回利息的地方。夫妻就像一双筷子，需要同时尝试着生活中的酸甜苦辣，爱情则像一只钟表，不上发条就会停摆，婚姻犹如一只座钟除了上发条还需要忍受每隔一个时辰的叮当作响的钟声。
人是跟着年龄走的，人的理想，生活的圈圈，更是随着年龄增长而变得大和小，宽和窄，这是一条不变的规律，不能把这看成是一种命运。岁数越小，生活、理想的圈圈就越大，岁数越大，生活、理想的圈圈就越小。让生活、理想，跟着您的环境、工作和身体条件，而慢慢的改变着自己的习性和心绪。不要着急的去做自己想而做不到的事，也不要看到别人的能做到的事而着急自己去做。心静是福，心慌则乱。成功的背后有着很多的失败与痛苦，失败的背后一定会有着很多成功的经验。多少年以后，您一定会发现，成功和失败，是与自己的性格、脾气有着十分密切的关系。要学会看到成功，要有自己的成就感，而不去无缘无故的贬低自己，今天比昨天好，这就是人生的成就。
人生中也许会有很早进入了一种闲暇之余的时光，于是开始厌弃各种关系，讨厌生活环境，心里空荡荡的。厌世了，所谓厌世了，所谓空虚了，实际上是自己产生了一种失落感。看着同事，想着别人是那么辉煌，那么荣耀，而自己却早早的退出了社会工作的舞台。这时候就需要把人生中最张狂的一面拿出来，学别人不会的，唱别人不会唱得，把自己每一件事都干得轰轰烈烈，潇潇洒洒的生活在人群中。坚定的走自己的路，努力完成自己的事情。千万不要失去对生活的希望，当您准备做每一件事的时候，您一定要想到会有奇迹发生，满怀希望的去做，对生活要有极高的热情，要把每一天的来临都看成幸福生活的开始。把简单的生活方式想办法折腾出最复杂工艺来享受，这就是生活的味道。
人生工作的时间也许很长，接触各种人员很多，在单位，在公司，或者在社会的各种环境里，总免不了会产生很多让自己烦心的事，由于烦躁的心情总会使自己陷于一种莫名其妙的惆怅之中，会使自己整天生活在一种不安的状态中，心情不好，心态不好，这样时间长了总感觉比别人累多了，其实这是一种自寻烦恼，把生活想的太复杂，把社会想的太完美，把人与人之间的关系想的太和谐，改善自己的思维逻辑，改变自己的处事心态，在这里彰显的尤为重要了。人生是一场大戏，人生的每时每刻都在扮演着各种角色在自己的舞台上演出，此刻真的不需要别人来为您捧场，也不需要别人来给您指点迷津，而是靠自己良好的心情，靠自己的平和的心态来完成人生在戏份中的角色。生活，人生就像一场游戏，让生活中在不经意的玩笑中度过去，生活严谨的同时需要玩笑化，不要那么较真，要轻松愉快。生活本身没什么，既不是福也不是祸，它是一个祸福变化的容器，就看你把它变成什么了。
人生的工作，劳作的时间很长，在工作中每当遇到累的时候，就把自己想象成在风景迷人的山区爬山旅游，在金色秀丽的峡谷中穿行，虽然气喘吁吁，但是感觉这是一种享受。是一种健身与锻炼。每当遇到和同事，对手，上级，周围的人生气的时候，发生矛盾的时候，就仿佛把它看成在练习一种气功，有出气的时候，当然也要有进气。不需要在意，不需要为之烦恼，过去了就过去了。工作中有时候会在无奈的情况下，需要听着大段的别人对白，需要在很长的时间里听上司不厌其烦地说着那过去的故事，很烦，很厌恶而不得不听下去的时候，这个时候也许需要的是你自己的耐心和佛学中的静心的理念，要把您自己看成寺庙中的大主持在聆听自己的小和尚念经一样，是那么畅快，那么轻松，那么婉转而美妙的音频。学会听别人的话，走自己的路。
人生是需要时时刻刻的改变着自己的心态来适应你自己的需要。心态对于一个人的一生来说非常重要，怎样把握心态，怎样面对外面事物的心态，都要靠自己的文化底蕴，思想内存和坚定地信念去看待。我们不能左右天气，但是我们能改变心情，我们不能预见明天，但是我们能珍惜今天，我们不能操控别人的态度与看法，但是我们能选择自己的反应。不要委屈自己，也不能高抬自己。生活中既然改变不了现实，那就好好的把握自己的人生，世界上没有绝望的人生，只有对人生处境产生绝望的人。
人生很有意思，也很有趣，她包罗万象，处处都有喜悦和悲伤，人生之所以有趣，就在于自己无法随心所欲，无法实现自己的每一个梦想，就像戏剧，影视大片里所描绘的那样，有人物情节的高潮，有低潮，有胜利时刻狂欢的巅峰，也会有陷入绝境里的低谷和困境，这就是人生的中的一部分。不要去抗拒，排斥，要积极的面对，用坚定的生活信念去处置它。人生最重要的是过程，而不在于结果。当您日后回想起这些努力，拼搏的过程，一定会感觉这是一个多么美好的回忆和经历。
人生是漫长而短暂的，无论是慢条斯理的散步，还是心急火燎的向前追赶，时光总是在不经意间流逝，生活中的惬意与急躁，欣喜与痛苦，堆积在一起就像酸甜苦辣混杂的美酒佳肴，品尝时不必太挑剔，人生没有定数，又何必计较得失与功过是非？不如在心中久久的保持住对生活期待与憧憬。胜不娇，败不馁，在自己的人生中，在繁华嘈杂的人间旅途上留下自己坚实的足迹。顾拜旦在多少年前就说过；生活中最重要的不是凯旋而是奋斗，其精髓不是为了获取胜利而是使人类变得更加勇敢，更健壮，更谨慎和更落落大方。
人生就像一个迷，当您在迷中时候，您无论如何也搞不清楚为什么，当你即将离开人生的时候，也许什么都不用解释，人生中的每一道迷都会自然而然的清楚了，都那么轻松的想通了。因此，人们总是在后悔中度过自己的一生。所以，用郑板桥的话说“难得糊涂”，应该是最为恰当不过的了。
