一个人坐在阳台上有些困乏，于是沏了一杯酽茶，边喝边观赏着杯中的水渐渐由浅褐色变成深褐色，苦苦的味道慢慢品尝，感觉口舌甘甜、神清气爽，静静端详玻璃杯里的茶叶在水中上下漂移，有的沉在杯底；有的悬浮在水中央；还有的漂在水面，借着窗外的雪花，不由心生感慨：茶叶的种类很多，品质、档次各异，无论什么价位的茶叶都要在滚烫的水中浸泡后，才能舒展自身的叶片散发出属于自己独特的芳香，人的一生何尝不也是如此，只有经历岁月的磨砺，饱经人间沧桑后，才能摆脱稚嫩走向成熟，我们每个人都要感知世间冷暖，在人生的汪洋里无论是随波逐流或是逆流而上，仔细想想都是在时光的堆砌后，岁月的枝头才挂满香甜的果实。
看着杯子里的茶叶，我祈祷：但愿人生如茶，清苦是贯穿整个生命的主旋律，淡淡的苦涩，慢慢品尝后，才能满口生津耐人寻味。
人这一辈子，就像品茶，细品慢饮，观其水中娇姿浮沉，飘移不定，真得！很难找到一个属于自己的位置，酽酽的浓茶散发着淡淡的清香，杯中的茶叶在沸水不断的更换中，由浓变淡，渐渐变成一杯白开水。喝茶的过程也是享受人生的过程，酽茶的苦涩入口后的清香回味，就像我们的生活，日子里的酸苦，为生存奔波的劳顿，其中的感受就像杯中的茶叶，最终还是归于平淡。人呐！何必在意旅途中的点点滴滴，做真实的我，一切随缘。
人这一生只有在你饮下苦涩的同时，才能换取回味的清香，
磕磕绊绊，懵懵懂懂地成长，不断释放着自身的能量，然后在长满沧桑的岁月里，又缓缓沉淀在人生的河床，到最后被冲刷的踪影全无，其实，人生如茶，只有在滚烫的沸水中不停地浸泡，才能将生命发挥到极致。
人的一生，就像这杯子里的茶叶，与沸水相伴一生，苦也好难也罢，开心与不开心都要面对。于是，学会珍惜拥有的、懂得放弃不属于你的，让心宁静。
人生如茶， 在人生的旅途中遇到苦难时，就像喝第一遍茶虽然苦中带涩，但我们还是津津有味地品尝着，一遍两遍三遍甚至四五遍，直至变成一杯白开水。漫漫人生悠悠岁月，历经坎坷饱经苦难、多少年后再回首那些过去的往事，无论是苦还是甜都将变成一种美好的回忆。人这一生没有什么过不去的坎，也没有什么挥之不去的荣耀，一切的一切在岁月的流年里都归于平淡。我们每个人只有坦诚做人、平凡做事，把其貌不扬的我做扎实；把不起眼的琐事做到位；把淡而无味的日子过明白，就不枉此生。
生活中有许多精彩的看点，也有许多不尽人意的烦恼，一切的一切在时光的流逝里日渐淡化。就像这杯中的茶叶，正因为经过了滚烫沸水的浸泡，才让原本干瘪的茶叶绽放出美丽的舞姿，再酽的一杯浓茶，几经沸水的冲泡后，最终还是还原成淡水一杯。
看淡人生，让心释然。寻找生活中的美丽，不藏污不纳垢，给心田留一方净土，明白人世间是由正反两面构成，完美的人生与悲凉的一世同样存在着缺憾与幸福，看淡世态，凡事随缘。
静静的心，不会因为今天下雨而缺少静听雨滴的心思；也不要因大雪纷飞而错过雪中赏景的惬意；保持一颗随缘的心，珍惜生命中的拥有，不去奢望那些不属于自己的东西，看淡一切，敞开心扉，接纳阳光。
一杯茶，一人饮，一场雪，一人生，一段路……囊括了人世间的一切。
一杯茶，水过三巡就完成了整个生命周期； 一场雪，让大地银装素裹，洁白的童话世界转眼即逝； 一人生， 是一段生命旅途，也不过三万余天。生活中的沟沟坎坎，日子里的苦辣酸甜相伴全程，如何逾越坎坷，如何用心品尝生活中的滋味，以怎样的心态面对，主控权取决于自己，面对无法预测的未来，别无选择的路径，唯一明智的决策就是当即卸载身上的负荷，执一颗素心，走一段静路。
