在这个快速移动的时代，互联网改变了很多产业的游戏规则，从大鱼吃小鱼到移动终端时代的快鱼吃慢鱼，天下武功唯快不破，作为传统鞋服产业也在积极响应李总理互联网+的号召，到各类风生水起的定制O2O模式，让人眼花缭乱，你方唱罢我登场，甚是火热，冷眼旁观，冷静思考，有谁能真正拨开云雾见月明？
对于传统鞋服企业来说，前有内部竞争之狼天猫、京东、美丽说等大型电商平台，后有外患猛虎海淘，跨境电商等平台，在如此严峻的市场环境下，传统鞋服企业该如何从中脱颖而出，华丽转身？
面对激烈竞争的狂潮，传统鞋服产是否应该回到原点进行考虑，什么才是用户在鞋服移动购物体验上永远的痛，什么才是企业内心那个久久不能释怀的症结？
分享以下几个观点：
第一， 体验弱，用户频繁退换货，没有统一标准，纠结于各大品牌之间尺码不一问题；
第二， 成本高，用户退换货成本，企业运营成本；
第三， 流量低，用户体验弱，平台转化率低，难促成二次购买。
移动端购物时，很多用户不是因产品质量退货，而是因为尺码不适。中国鞋服产业的尺码没有统一标准，各个鞋服企业尺码混乱不堪，从而导致用户体验极差，退换货居高不下。
2014年，中国全网退换货率约20% ，鞋服类退换货率最高，其中，海淘直接经济损失达10亿元，淘宝更是高达50亿元，上述惊人的数据，皆源于尺码问题。
已获悉国外有多家机构正在专研人体三维数据交互，以智能硬件为入口，精确采集人体数据，并应用到移动端购物体验上，以解决鞋服产业退换货的痛点。 而国内，也有这么一家机构叫“随型”致力于打造全球最大的人体三维数据交互中心，以用户为核心，根据用户的脚型数据向消费者智能推荐最适合的鞋款和鞋码，解决用户因尺码产生的问题。
数据为王的时代，小数据也能撬动亿万级市场。其实，淘宝早在2012年就推出“尺码助手”，但没有考虑用户体验和尺码数据的精准度，直接石沉大海，每年损失多达50亿元，而今以智能硬件为入口，运用互联网+大数据，将会再次颠覆整个鞋服市场格局。
