自从小米问世之后，很多创业者都把目光盯在了极致单品的创业项目上了，希望用单品来打爆款，融资、上市，实现财富自由的梦想！特别是后来的雕爷牛腩，叫只鸭子等等项目的成功，更是加速的草根以此类型项目来创业的欲望！
草根CEO章海峰认为，对于草根创业者来说，若没有一定的资本支撑或者早期风投的介入，这种项目的成功概率凤毛麟角，而风险却非常巨大，而且很可能让你一夜之间倾家荡产！
有人说，可以融资，可以众筹，可以预售……且不说是否真能打动土豪，拿到这些钱，单就项目的前期策划，产品的研发，品牌的造势，甚至战狼团队的打造等等这些前期的准备工作，基本已经把大多数草根创业者折磨死了，原因不要问我，你不觉得自己想想都头痛了吗？
今天我想分享一个我认为适合大多数草根创业者白手起家的创业项目:跑腿公司！当然，如果纯粹只是个跑腿公司的话，我肯定不会拿来说事，与我往常分享的风格一样，我想分享的是跑腿公司背后的巨大市场！
先说说跑腿公司为什么适合草根创业:
跑腿公司是一个实实在在的资源整合的大集锦，其跟传统店铺的区别是:自己不备货，但却可以卖任何的货;其与传统的快递公司的区别是:客户是“收件方”，而不是“发件方”，赚的是商品的钱，服务的钱，而不单单是物流的钱！
跑腿公司基本没有太大的软硬件投入，对于早期的团队人员素质，技能，工作经验等等都没有什么太多的要求，认路，认钱，踏实，肯干就行！
跑腿公司从理论上讲，没有竞争对手，只有合作伙伴，并且可以整合所有能力范围没的资源，所以后续的发展充满了无限的想像空间！鱼塘理论，鱼饵营销，锁链营销都成为了可能！
现在再来说说，跑腿公司的后端潜力:
由于跑腿公司的定位是“人群”而非具体的“产品”，所以正好解决了移动互联网营销的首要定位:客户定位，也就是“卖给谁”的问题！而且变被动的猜测（我能卖给谁）为主动的筛选“我想卖给谁”！
同时也一揽子解决了后三个问题:由“我能卖什么”，变成“我想卖什么”;由“我得怎么卖”，变成“我想怎么卖”;有“怎么样才能卖更好”，变成了“哪些更好卖”！
