今日有爆料称，互联网O2O服务平台e代驾开始进行大幅度裁员，主要涉及技术和BD(商务拓展)等岗位，裁员比例达到30%。下午，e代驾发布声明，确认了裁员事实，并且e代驾CEO杨家军也已经证实，并称将尽最大努力补偿。对此，他表示裁员是因为部分机构臃肿，岗位重叠，效率低下。
杨家军在内部信中表示，人员激增是公司管理上的一个失误，错误的最大责任人是自己，“在一年内大量招人大量减人这是极不负责的行为，我为自己的错误向大家真诚道歉。对于不得不离开的同事，我们将尽我们最大的努力补偿大家，同时也联系我们合作紧密的猎头伙伴和创业公司在第一时间内帮大家找到合适的职位。”
对此，好贷网创始人李明顺点评称，人员的急速增减确实是一个大忌，企业管理的挑战很大，除非业务持续不断的快速上一个又一个高度，团队的契合需要时间的积累，否则风险很高。
但除了人员激增的原因，是否还有其他因素制约e代驾的发展呢?
早早入局，收获先机，融资1亿多美元
“e代驾的优势之一就是入局很早，他抢占了市场的先机。”曾做过“第一代驾”的蒲俊杰向i黑马表示，有了市场先机，后面的代驾品牌在没有雄厚资金的帮助下，较难超过e代驾。
公开资料显示，e代驾App于2011年10月上线，并在2012年3月获得经纬中国数百万人民币的天使投资，可以说是最早入局的创业公司。
彼时，杨家军、黄斌和孙景川经过试错，选定酒后代驾作为他们的创业领域。这是个垂直到近乎没有规模的行业。当年的北京一天只有不到两万单酒后代驾。假设全国市场是北京的4倍，以客单价平均200元计算，这个市场规模一年也才20亿左右。
但他们仨相信这个数字是被落后的生产模式所压抑的数字。
为了获取对传统行业的经验积累，据其投资人透露，黄斌跑到代驾公司历练了半年左右。随后，他们仨针对行业痛点设计了繁复的代驾规则，并以“App+IT系统”运营“司机+消费者”。为了让酒后代驾变成人们的刚需，e代驾以“专职+兼职”的地推系统，通过在酒店、夜店等地遍洒牙签盒、烟灰缸等物，生生在3年内把e代驾的日订单量推到了5万。
e代驾对传统付服务业的“理解→再定义→复制到移动互联网工具上”的能力之强，黄斌、孙景川、杨家军作为创始人特有的“我们就这一条命”的决胜之心，均令58同城甘拜下风。
而e代驾的时间优势让他在运营方面有了些积累。从公开资料来看，e代驾主要有三种运行体系。一是司机的招募和培训;二是司机调度系统;三是派单体系。而为了减少代驾过程中的磕碰带来的赔付风险，e代驾也和保险公司合作，提供代驾责任险和代驾司机意外险，用户所付出的只是多出的2元保费。
除了运营方面的积累，资金方面e代驾也获得了优势，在今年10月和神州专车战略合作之前，e代驾已经融资5轮，C轮和D轮分别获得了2500万美元和1亿美元，经纬中国、光速安振、华平投资等机构分别参与其中。
资金所能带来的就是市场推广方面的优势，这让e代驾能够用补贴、资金砸市场。尽管市场后期出现了许多代驾领域的创业公司，但都没能敌过e代驾，包括58同城。2014年，58同城向e代驾投资2000万美元，并将自己的代驾业务并入e代驾。此时，e代驾俨然成为代驾市场的老大，其宣称占据了80%的代驾市场份额。
同时，e代驾也打起了汽车后市场的主意。e代驾CTO李伟曾对i黑马透露，他们已经开始提供保养、维修、洗车等服务，将代驾司机的服务时间从夜间延伸至白天。李伟当时还提到：“代驾的最主要功能被看成为数据采集，包括用户车型、车牌号码等信息，这是我们大数据采集的目的，希望有利于但不光是代驾这个服务。”
但e代驾万万没想到的是，滴滴在步伐稳当后，切入了这块市场。
代驾市场现金流少，壁垒低，巨头易渗入
2015年7月28日，滴滴代驾出生，与它另外五个“葫芦娃兄弟”，共同瓜分出行市场的大半江山。二十天后，滴滴代驾就宣布已覆盖全国80个城市，注册司机过百万，而e代驾方面此前公布的司机数量只有20万左右。
细细想来，代驾市场乃至e代驾自身并没有非常高的竞争壁垒。
e代驾创始人杨家军曾接受i黑马采访，他表示，“当初一直在考虑移动互联网会对哪些行业做出改变。我们觉得，随着生活水平的提高和汽车的普及，这需求是刚需。”但汽车本身的应用场景就非常多，代驾、洗车、保养、购买、配件等，每一个应用场景切出来都是一个细分市场，而代驾领域本身对于创业公司来说难以带来大量现金流。
e代驾是基于地理位置的代驾O2O公司，使用人群主要是白领、金领等有一定经济实力的用户群体。代驾的应用场景多数是在应酬、酒后方便及时叫代驾，并且多数代驾者是在晚间喝酒后才产生的需求。这样的使用场景，使得代驾市场有了人群较少、频次较低的市场特点。
另外，代驾领域的客单价并不高。e代驾在北京、上海的价格最高只到99元，而在杭州这样的二线城市只有59元。而在客单价不高且频次低的情况下，公司的现金流就比较少，再加上融资资金的缺乏，e代驾显然难以打过资金雄厚的滴滴代驾。

同时，代驾业务和出行业务重合度非常高。
前面提到，e代驾的业务体系有三个：一是司机的招募和培训;二是司机调度系统;三是派单体系。而这三点，滴滴出行都有，对于滴滴这个出行领域的大块头来说，切入代驾业务几乎是手到擒来。
e代驾的出路在哪?
面对滴滴的咄咄逼人之势，e代驾也开始紧急应战。他们狂砸1亿元搞补贴大战，在地铁、电梯间广告疯狂刷脸。除此之外，他们也在寻求其他出路。
10月15日，神州专车和e代驾达成战略合作，将在业务和资本方面展开全方位合作。彼时e代驾CEO杨家军还表示：“我们不认为跟对手的竞争是一个高频打低频，赢者通吃的市场。”10月29日，e代驾还宣布推出“e车管家”，进军汽车后服务市场。其公布的服务，“将”包括代上牌、车辆保养、二手车评估、新车试驾、违章查询、理赔代办、美容洗车、代验车等八项内容。
但汽车后服务市场并不是想进就能进的。尽管手握大量汽车数据以及司机用户，但要在汽车后服务打动用户，也需要大量扩张和大量招人。况且，洗车、保养等易切入的领域当下已有大量创业者停业，而维修、购买等领域也太复杂，且需要大量投入和经验积累。在资本寒冬的情形下，要想快速转型，几乎难于上青天。
另外，e代驾与神州专车的合作目前并没有进入实质性阶段。彼时在战略合作发布会上，神州专车的董事长陆正耀表示：“受制于法律法规流程等关系，具体的资本合作会在合适时间点披露，但是一定会在资本程度上进行深度合作，并且金额不小。”发布会上所发布的信息，也都带有“将”、“会”等延后性字眼。因此，神州专车还只是“远水”，暂时无法解“近渴”。
那么，未来对于“e代驾”来说，还有哪些机会能够把握?“第一代驾”创始人蒲俊杰表示，e代驾还能够趁滴滴出行未上市的时机，率先冲上股市，再次获得先机。但这似乎比神州专车的“水”更加地远，且难度更大。而当下最轻松的解决方式，似乎也只有合并这条路了。
接下来，e代驾的“杨家将”们在这凛冬下，将面临巨大的生存考验。未来的路如何走?就靠他们来选择了。

e代驾的创业初心就是为客户提供有价值的服务，我们始终坚信只有提供高品质的服务赢得客户的信任，公司才有可能获得收益，进入良性循环，一直以来我们也正是这样做的。然而，2015年，面对竞争，我们招聘上突飞猛进，从年初到现在我们的人员增加了四倍多!今天竞争进入了持久的阶段，我们猛然意识到人员激增是我们公司管理上的一个失误。我们的人员结构出现了一定程度上的臃肿，很多岗位重叠，架构层级过多，效率低下，人浮于事的现象在公司内部日益凸显。
2015年O2O行业经历了从疯狂到理性的过山车般的过程，今天我们极速回归公司价值本质是当务之急，也是巩固竞争胜果的不二之道。为了提高效率，我在此不得不沉重地向大家宣布，公司将较大规模人员优化。每一个进入公司的同事都是我看过简历且亲自审批的，我发自肺腑地为优秀的人才能加入我们一起成就一片事业而高兴，但今天我不得不将其中的一部分送走，我万般不愿也无言以对。
