双11早已经过去，而电商微商的经营还在继续，电商、微商蓬勃发展的时代，开网店、微店不足为奇，可市委书记开微店还是头一回。
近日，敦化市委书记唐文忠就在自己的微信上开了“唐文忠的小店”，为敦化官方直营的土特产品店“大德敦化人人店”代言，并号召朋友们成为自己的分销商。小店开张不到一个月，他已经有了28个分销商，这28个分销商又发展了80多个三级分销商，不到一个月售出商品近万元。
出生于1962年的唐文忠在法院系统工作了24年，当过法官，在敦化法院院长位置上被提拔为敦化市纪委书记，2010年12月出任敦化市长，2014年12月被任命为敦化市委书记。上任不到一年，他将阿里巴巴的农村淘宝项目引进敦化；政府出资1000万元成立敦化电子商务公司，以销售敦化本地产品为主的大德敦化特色产品官方直营店在各大购物网站开业；11月5日，大德电子创客园开业，国内知名电商纷纷入驻。
刚刚过去的“双11”，敦化市青钩子乡老屯村作为东北地区唯一一个上榜者，荣登农村淘宝十大土豪榜第十名。
唐文忠：表示原来电子商务在我心目中没当回事，因为它的额度不计入地方政府的统计数据，也没有其他税收，对地方财政也没什么支持。但今年三月，我去浙江省杭州市桐庐县，一个小小的白牛村，盛产山核桃，原来自己村里的都卖不出去，后来通过电商销售，一年卖出1.6个亿，村民都很富。我深受震撼，感觉电子商务不仅是对地方财政和统计数字的支持，还是全民创业、万众创新的新业态。今年国务院出台了推动电子商务发展的文件，我们市委市政府就应该顺应新趋势，大力推进。我就是从那个时候开始重视。我们做电商的最终目的是要卖敦化本地产品，我们成立了自己的电子商务公司，开发了大德敦化人人店，就是微信上的小店，通过朋友圈来销售。我带头开这个店，主要是考虑主推敦化本地产的农副产品。作为市委书记，我要为敦化产品代言，我通过书记的身份告诉大家，我们的产品是有官方品质保证的，是可以信赖的，也告诉机关干部，每个人都应该用实际行动，支持敦化产业的发展。大家纷纷转发，现在已经开了一万四千多个小店，我们的分销商遍布全国24个省市，效果非常好。
对于公务员不准经商的规定，唐文忠表示开微店的佣金一分也不要，会返给电子商务公司。并表示小店非常简单，不用人打理，我自己的小店我也就是在朋友圈转发一下，怎么买、怎么卖都是电子商务公司来做。
比如说你，点击我的小店，成为我的分销商，在你自己的微信朋友圈转发，你就成为我的二级分销商，然后别人再点击你的小店，成为你的分销商，就是我的三级分销商。
我们开发了三级分销商佣金制，三级分销商，也就是卖出货的那个是按14%来提成，二级分销商4%，一级2%，只要有人点击购买，付款后，提成自动由电子商务公司打到你的账户上，我们就是转发，什么具体工作都不用做。
