9月15日，北京香哈网络股份有限公司（香哈网）在全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌，登陆新三板，成为新三板“美食社区”第一股。“我们不是高逼格的美食社区，我们的定位就是亲民的、让用户感受到温暖的美食社区，这样的社区用户基数大，使用频率高，用户也乐于交流。”对于香哈网的定位，田金涛思考得很清楚。
截至2015年8月底，香哈网以及香哈APP已发展成为日均活跃用户近200万的社交平台。目前其用户仍在快速增长。
喜欢做菜的CEO&香哈发展四阶段
香哈网CEO田金涛，毕业于华中科技大学。大一开始接触互联网，便一直从事互联网相关工作。大三就在人人网全职，后又在搜狗。毕业后一年，2011年田金涛创立了香哈网。
田金涛说道：“我自身比较折腾，不喜欢按部就班的东西，加上又喜欢做饭，所以就创建了香哈网。”
香哈网的发展主要有四个阶段：2011年创立之初首先选择了外卖订餐的业务，但对于当时并不长于线下的香哈网团队来说，这一尝试并不成功。“我们团队的优势是做产品、内容和运营，线下并非我们的长处，而且线下对于我们这样的创业团队来说太烧钱。当时整个外卖行业的热度也不够。”田金涛说。2012年，喜欢做菜的田金涛看到了菜谱的机会，开始推动香哈网的整体转型。
第二个阶段是在做PC的时候。有搜索背景出身的田金涛，很快就把流量做到每天二十多万，在13年下半年的时候，香哈已经开始有收入了。田金涛道：“在香哈的前两年，基本所有人都没拿过一分钱工资。当时根本连钱都借不到了，在转型时，我就劝过他们离职，但我自己坚持做，让我感动的是他们跟我说‘金涛，不用担心我们，只要你坚持干，我们就跟着你干’。经过两年后，核心团队才开始有极少的工资维持生活。”
第三个阶段，到13年有收入后开始招人，就开始做移动端。刚开始香哈网就是一个菜谱查询，相当于工具类的APP。两个月后，田金涛研究发现大家学做菜，然后去分享美食、交流，比较适合做一个社区APP。当时香哈网的用户群体70%都是20岁到40岁的女性，而且这部分人里面很多人都是妈妈，二、三、四线城市的用户偏多。此类人群一是有时间做饭，二是喜欢交流，三人际圈有限，所以需要有这种平台供她们交流。
第四个阶段，2015年初，香哈获得了北京联创的A轮融资。2015年，4月是香哈股改节点，准备登陆新三板。9月15日，香哈新三板挂牌。
菜谱+社区“剑指”厨房经济
“传统互联网的盈利模式离不开三种，一是广告，二是游戏，三是增值服务，香哈网不会走传统的路线，我们期望做电商，因为我们占领了厨房经济的入口。”田金涛告诉记者，厨房消费是每个家庭消费的“大块头”，未来有上千亿的市场，如果能守住这个入口，香哈网将能够迎来新一轮的跨越。
以菜谱为切入点，香哈网在数年间积累了较为庞大的黏性用户群体；“菜谱”和“美食社区”可以连接很多线下场景，提供多种消费导流的方式；香哈网下一步要做的则是借助资本的力量，更好地实现流量变现，这将为香哈网带来极大的盈利空间。
在将美食社区做扎实之后，香哈网开始展望更大的布局。据悉，香哈网将以“菜谱”和“社区”作为入口，深挖美食服务，打造“菜谱+社区+厨房经济”的商业模式。
“民以食为天。”田金涛认为，“衣食住行，饮食是刚需，一日三餐是必不可少的。随着生活品质的提升，当今吃的重要性正被空前地放大，大家不仅要吃得安全，吃得美味，而且开始关注食物和自身健康的关系。”
在香哈网团队看来，用户在美食上还有很多细分的需求痛点没有被满足，比如三高人群的饮食搭配，而这些就是香哈网的市场机会。改版后的“香哈菜谱”在界面首页更是添加了养生版块，使用更加便捷。“十二时辰养生、美食养生、体质养生”功能，为用户提供贴心的一对一饮食建议，建立更健康的饮食习惯。
美食社交的基石在美食，而吃是刚需、具有用户规模大、消费市场大的天然特性，如果能有效结合O2O等模式，未来还将有极大的市场空间可挖掘。
“未来香哈网将从美食服务连接到厨房，打通厨房经济整个产业链，”田金涛补充道：“所有与厨房相关的东西，厨电、厨具、食材、上门厨师，都是香哈网可以触及的领域。线上美食应用的兴起，正逐渐改变传统的厨房生活，用户细分需求的挖掘将引导厨房市场发生巨大变革。保守估计，厨房经济带动的市场规模将高达千亿元。”
