随着新一轮的校园招聘潮来袭，不少大四学子都开始找实习单位或忙于投递简历寻找好的工作。与此同时，也有一群自主创业的同学们在看到同班同学焦头烂额地寻找工作时，显得毫无压力。近日，四川省委有出台了关于大学生创新创业的新政策，入选四川省创新创业俱乐部最高可获得300万元资助，优秀大学生创业典型最高可获得50万元资助。今日起，早报记者将带你走近获得资助的那些在校大学生创业能手。
张学坤虽然是个技术男，但张学坤自认为一点也不“宅”
在一波校园招聘潮袭来之际，不少同学都开始准备一份漂亮的简历，希望谋得一个满意的职位。而成都大学计算机学院网络工程专业的张学坤虽是大四学生，却不为找工作发愁，因为他已经和学长、学弟们，一起创立了成都翊通网络科技有限公司，自己担任公司的技术总监。而这已不是张学坤首次创业，他大二时便和同学创立了OMG团队，曾获得2014年由四川省人社厅提供的1万元一次性创业补贴。

最近，成都大学等4所高校的同学们手机内多了一款叫“校懂”的App，同学们可以通过这款正在测试的App，找到心仪的实习或兼职单位。这款颇受欢迎的App就诞生于张学坤团队之手。
1991年生于眉山的张学坤，现在是成都大学计算机学院网络工程专业的一名大四学生，相貌清秀，说话斯文，走在校园中并不起眼。因为对软件开发充满兴趣，在学习本专业之余，张学坤也找书籍、找软件开发专业的同学，学习了不少软件开发的知识，成为一名“技术男”。
然而张学坤认为自己并不是一名“技术宅”，因为他的课余时间和精力都放在了和同学们一起创业上。“我前后所在的创业团队基本上都是由在校大学生组成的，因为大家年龄相仿，而且兴趣也差不多，所以相处起来都很愉快。不管是讨论创意、商讨技术，还是和客户谈判、做校园推广，我在各个方面都有参与，所以经常在外面跑，在与机器、设备打交道之外，还得学会和人打交道。”张学坤认为宅在寝室是无法创业的。
“这两年的创业经历让我成熟了不少，高中时觉得大学就应该好好上课，以后找个稳定安逸的工作，但是上了大学后我发现创业也是一条路，而且是一条很吸引人的路。在创业中，我接触到了不少行业前沿的技术，了解到真实的行业情况，这是书本上绝对没有的。”张学坤认为自己在创业中成长了不少，对未来也有了更清晰的规划。
创业经历：第一次 成创业典范，获1万元创业补贴

张学坤大二时组建的OMG团队都是本学院的同学，“不少客户找到我们时，见我们还是学生，多多少少有些不信任。“我记得有个做餐饮行业的老板来找我们做网站，一看我们年纪都小，他的语气都是很犹豫的。于是我们先用ps做出雏形，他满意后再做成品。”得到这位客户的初步点头后，张学坤带着其他几名同学仔细布局，反复考虑配色，做出的网站雏形图片让客户很满意。“不想辜负他的信任，而且这也是我们团队接到的前几笔单子，所以做得尤其用心。我们7个同学，当时大家都还要上课，只能在晚上和周末到办公的地方加班加点地做，有时候做到凌晨一两点。最后我们不仅在合约规定的交货日期前3天交上了网站成品，而且客户对这个网站的评价也很好。”张学坤说。
在经过这次“奋战”后，张学坤又陆续接到了几个制作网站的单子。由于接下来的几单生意都圆满完成，做出了几个不错的作品，于是在后面的洽谈中，张学坤便可以自信地拿出这些成功案例。“好的作品是最有说服力的，所以我们注重质量，把每一个单子都按照成功案例的要求来做，于是好作品就越攒越多，后面跟客户们谈时，我们拿出了作品后，谈得也更有底气了。”由于运作良好，OMG团队在学校成为校园创业的典范，也获得了2014年由四川省人社厅提供的1万元一次性创业补贴。
第二次 为保证运营，股东暂不领工资

今年年初，张学坤将OMG团队交给了自己很看好的一名学弟运营，因为张学坤对自己的未来有了更加
清楚的规划。今年8月26日，张学坤与学长、学弟创办的成都翊通网络科技有限公司获得了营业执照，张学坤于是有了新的身份——公司技术总监。
“和我合作的学长已经毕业工作几年了，所以我们公司创立时投入的20万元，基本都是由这位学长负责的，这20万元大部分都花在了购买设备上。”张学坤介绍道。
一切准备就绪后，公司立即开始了营业，目前处于收支平衡的状态。张学坤说：“我们公司业务主要是两方面，一是做外包的网站、应用程序，二是运营‘校懂’这个平台。‘校懂’还在测试阶段，没有正式发布，也谈不上挣钱，而且它的推广还要花钱，这部分钱就主要靠做网站的收入来支出。所以现在公司收入不算多，但是平台发展好了，公司的情况也会更好的。”
张学坤说：“公司目前有15名员工，虽然大家都是学生，但是他们也是签了合同的员工，即使公司刚创立，收入有限，但也会给员工发工资，一个月有一两千元。只是我们6个股东都没有拿工资，想让公司多一点运营资金，毕竟要先保证公司的生存。”
而对于公司的发展，张学坤也有着清晰的目标：“我们的‘校懂’目前正在测试，本月底将会上线发布，预计在今年年底会向成都所有高校推广，明年我们还要争取覆盖重庆高校。”
创业问答
为何创业?
张学坤认为“自己敢”来源于“自己能”。“我也不是头脑一热就想到要创业的，创业也不是很多人以为的支个摊、办个营业许可证就可以做到的。”张学坤说要创业必须要做好一系列的准备。“你必须要确认自己的性格、处事风格、思想追求，适不适合创业，那些怕失败、怕吃苦、一心求稳定的人，就不要去尝试了。
如何选合伙人?
“合伙人不仅仅是资金提供者，还得是你的战友，一定要有共同的目标、价值观，这样工作起来才会比较愉快，公司也会有发展前途。”张学坤现在很享受和伙伴一起奋斗的经历。
如何选择创业项目?
对于创业项目的选择，张学坤认为自己还是比较偏向校园：“毕竟我在校园里生活、学习，对学校缺乏什么、需求什么还是比较了解。其次，作为创业的在校大学生，自己在学校里的资源还是要稍微多一点。”张学坤认为自己当初决定做软件开发的选择是对的，“其实创业都是有风险的，只是我们经过考量，把风险规避到最小了。我们靠技术吃饭，一个产品不行我就换一个，成本都摆在那里，不像一些做商品贸易的，一旦生意不好，就会有存货，非常容易产生债务。”
如何面对竞争?
现在社会上做软件开发、网页制作的公司不少，张学坤的团队是如何在激烈的竞争中生存下来的呢?张学坤认为学生团体的主要优势来源于两方面：一是成员年轻，比较有创新思维;二是成员们不必养家糊口，生活压力小，所以收费更低廉。
