年轻的创客们在青岛西海岸新区光谷OVU+创客工坊开启创业之路。
90后在校大学生投身互联网创业大潮、大学刚毕业创业研发工业级无人机……不需考虑房租，只需要带着创意，便可入驻青岛西海岸新区光谷OVU+创客工坊创业。为鼓励“创客”聚集，青岛西海岸新区光谷软件园的创业孵化平台将免费提供为期一年的办公场所，网络、水电、办公用品一应俱全，还将对有前景的创业项目进行早期资金支持，目前已有17家公司免费入驻。
探访：年轻人在此轻松创业
昨日，记者来到青岛西海岸新区光谷OVU+创客工坊，从北侧的门口进入之后便是创意咖啡，摆放着大量的沙发、座椅以及刊物，整个创意咖啡的设计如同酒吧一般，不过安静了许多。有创业理想的人可以在这里碰撞，产生创业方面的好点子，点一杯咖啡，他们可以在这里坐一天。
在二楼办公区，记者了解到，一些大学生的项目落户，还有一些人在这里兼职创业，给光谷OVU+创客工坊注入了新的活力。在路演中心，十几名“创客”们正在充满激情地介绍着自己的项目和创意。“目前，这里已经有17家创业企业落户，而这些项目也多跟互联网挂钩。”青岛光谷联系发展有限公司营销总监尤攀介绍说，除了27号楼之外，他们还有更多的储备，15号楼的创业孵化中心也将启用，更多的项目可以选择落户在那里。
人物：在校大学生互联网创业
来自山东科技大学的大三在校学生王子华是最早入驻光谷OVU+创客工坊的创客，他也青岛锐思博诺网络科技有限公司创始人，之前曾进入腾讯、百度等网络公司实习，经常关注全国大学生比赛活动的他选择的创业项目是搭建一个竞赛和活动的信息发布平台，同时提供一个在线交流沟通的社区。“我创业的项目和大学校园有关，也和互联网有关。很多大学生不知道自己课余时间该干什么，缺乏一个贴近大学生需求的平台来引导大学生合理规划自己的课余生活。”22岁的王子华说，“小队team”主要搭建一个竞赛资源平台，来方便大学生发布和获取各类比赛活动的信息及提供服务。
“我们认为每一次比赛和每一个活动都是一次邂逅，‘小队team’也是一个社交平台，让有共同爱好的人在这个平台上交流心得。”王子华说，创造可持续可循环用户信息平台，消除信息不对称的障碍，打造全球学生生态系统。“项目亮点就是可以在线组队，使产品链条平行化，有效抓住用户信息不对称的痛点。”王子华说，目前产品已经完成基础板块开发，大多核心功能已经可以实现。
3人“小分队”研发无人机
在办公区，26岁的隋正和创业伙伴正在摆弄着一架小型的无人机。这个5月刚刚入驻的小团队注册成立了一家航空科技公司，正在致力于无人机的研发。“目前的无人机主要用于航拍，用的是电池，飞行时间在13至15分钟之间。我们研发的无人机展开直径达3米，使用汽油作为燃料，最长续航时间达到4个半小时，飞行距离为60至100公里，主要用于森林防火、海洋测绘等。”青岛正远航空科技有限公司创始人隋正说。
这个3人“小分队”都是无人机爱好者，目前研发的大型无人机将于本月底试飞。“目前有5个教授和一个博士作为我们的技术顾问，现在技术上已经没有问题了。”隋正说，光谷软件园本来就企业集聚，现在又免费提供办公场所，相信项目很快就能做起来。
创业场地一年内全免费
青岛西海岸新区光谷OVU+创客工坊位于峨眉山路396号27号楼一、二层，总面积约为1500平方米，定位为整个青岛西海岸新区的创新创业路演中心、西海岸大学生创客联盟路演中心、西海岸创业孵化平台。将接入全国各地的知名创业投融资路演平台，进行网络直播，同步进行创业展示和交流互动，为创业人才团队、创新创业企业搭建一个融资交易、诊断辅导、资源对接的平台，让新区的创业者们更便捷、更快速地获取创业资源。
“我们的口号是‘让创业变的更简单’！”青岛光谷联系发展有限公司营销总监尤攀说，光谷OVU+创客工坊分为两块个性化服务区，开放式创业服务区和固定创业团队办公区。开放式创业服务区主要设有咖啡办公区、会议区及创业服务窗口。通过开放式创业苗圃，吸引创业人才团队入驻，定期开展创业沙龙、创业分享和项目路演。固定创业团队办公区即西海岸创业孵化平台，以创业项目成熟的人才团队的入驻办公为主。该区域现有办公工位40个，通过面向全省、全市海选创业团队入孵，目前，精挑细选出17个高新创业项目入孵：如无人机项目、小队team、可穿戴设备等。入孵的创业团队在这里可获得2至4个免费办公工位，免费期暂定为一年，水电、物业、工位使用费全免，并将更直接、更高频地遇见全国的创业导师、创投人、创业伙伴，也会得到更优质、更全面的创业服务、创业项目宣传等。

延伸：路演中心将接入全国创业平台
根据2015年青岛西海岸新区创客创业创新创意活动实施方案，青岛西海岸新区今年将举办创业沙龙、创业培训、项目路演等活动80场以上，建成一批项目路演中心、创业学院和创业特训营，形成一支50人的创业导师团队，吸引各类投资路演、金融服务、辅导培训、技术转移等创业服务机构10个以上，出台新区支持创客创业创新创意政策，吸引国内外优秀人才团队、在校大学生和其他高层人才在新区创办企业300家以上。
青岛西海岸新区项目路演中心将接入全国创业平台，同步互动展示交流，让创业者们更便捷、更快速地获取资源。创业学院将依托石油大学、山东科技大学和青岛理工大学分别组建，为大学生创业配置实用课程，传授创业者各类实战、实操经验，让所学更易落地，让大学生创业者少走弯路，增加成功几率。
