北京市教委与北京市财政局近日联合印发《北京高校大学生就业创业项目管理办法》，将对优秀大学生创业团队给予最高20万元奖励，对高校示范性创业中心给予每校50万元的支持。
该办法将于今年9月1日起施行，具体内容包括，在中关村创业大街建设“北京高校大学生创新创业服务中心”，在良乡高教园区、中关村核心区及中关村软件园分别建设三个市级“大学生创业园”；支持40余所高校开展示范性创业中心建设；支持100个左右大学生创业团队、400个左右包括“创客”在内的大学生创新创意、创业实践团队等。
根据该办法，北京市将遴选出一批示范性创业中心建设校，按照每个高校50万元标准给予支持。此外，还将按照每个创新创意实践团队支持额度不超过5万元、每个创业企业(团队)支持额度不超过20万元的标准补助。
该项目经费主要来源于北京市财政专项拨款，同时鼓励学校、社会等多渠道资助。
