只要不下雨，重庆邮电大学校门外就一定能看到一个年轻人和他的书摊。年轻人名叫张凯哲，23岁，是重庆邮电大学信息与计算科学专业2014级的毕业生。毕业一年了，张凯哲一直在学校外面摆地摊卖书。同学们因此也给他起了一个亲切的外号——“卖书哥”。
不熟悉张凯哲的人，会把他的书摊看成一个简单的地摊，而熟悉他的人都知道，“卖书哥”的小书摊还藏着一个创业梦。现在，张凯哲离这个梦已经越来越近。
这个“理科男”从小爱看书
前天下午6点，“卖书哥”的书摊又出现在了重庆邮电大学老校门附近。只要不下雨，张凯哲都会在下午6点出摊，晚上10点以后收摊。
张凯哲戴着一副黑框眼镜，看上去文质彬彬。谁也想不到，这个一身文科气质的年轻人，在大学里却是一个标准的“理科男”。“我学的是信息与计算科学，说简单点，就是数学。”张凯哲说。
张凯哲的老家在河南省新乡市，虽然高中、大学都是学的理科，但张凯哲从小就爱看书。“小时候特别喜欢看姐姐学校发的课外书。”张凯哲说，因为家住农村，能看到的书并不多，所以，有的书他看过很多遍。
中学时，学习压力大，张凯哲看书的时间不多，尽管如此，他依然在初中利用空余时间看完了四大名著。到了大学，张凯哲一有时间就看书，四年里，他省吃俭用买了200多本书。
与书店工作失之交臂 他摆摊卖书
因为对书有好感，大四时，一次偶然的机会，张凯哲到一家招聘员工的书店面试。“这家书店对店员的要求很多，能通过的人并不多。”张凯哲顺利通过了三次面试，并被通知可以立即上班。
“那时我还没毕业，我向书店说明情况，希望毕业后再去。”张凯哲说，但书店并没有保留这个职位，认为他没有诚意。大学毕业后，张凯哲再一次参加这家书店的面试，最后依然没被录取。最终，张凯哲放弃了去书店工作的念头，决定自己创业——摆摊卖书。
事实上，张凯哲在大四时就尝试过摆摊卖书。“那时卖的都是自己看过的旧书。”张凯哲说，他没想到这些旧书很受同学的欢迎，200多本旧书，一个月内就卖得只剩下几本。
可以免费借书 还能“私人定制”
就这样，张凯哲毕业后就在校门外摆起了书摊。起初，他的书摊只有1米多长，摆放着二三十本畅销书。后来，光顾书摊的人越来越多，张凯哲的书摊也越摆越长，现在，他那3米长的书摊上一般要摆放近百本书。现在，重邮的很多学生想买书，都会找到这位“卖书哥”张凯哲。书摊离学校近只是一方面原因，还因为张凯哲会根据不同学生的爱好和读书习惯，给他们推荐适合的书，不少同学把这叫做“私人定制”。重邮大二光电专业的申莹华介绍，她之前想读一些心理学的书，准备买一本《梦的解析》，张凯哲认为《乌合之众》更适合入门级的读者阅读，因此给她提出了建议。
不仅如此，只要是张凯哲看过的书或者书摊上拆过封的书，学生都可以免费借阅。“借书不需要交押金，只要互相加个微信就可以借走。”张凯哲说，他的微信因此加了近千人。
不卖教辅书 让大家真正喜欢阅读
在张凯哲的书摊上，每本书的售价几乎都按照标价打七折或八折。刚摆摊时，张凯哲家里只有200多本书，而现在，他家里已堆放了2000多本书。现在，张凯哲每天能卖出近20本书，每个月的收入从最开始的1000多元增加到现在的近3000元。
和很多校门外的书摊、书店不同，张凯哲的书摊不卖教辅书。“按理说，教辅书应该最畅销，但它不是我卖书的目的。”张凯哲说，希望自己卖的每一本书都是大学生们真正喜欢看的。他的理想是开一家真正适合大学生的书店。
有人愿意投资40万帮他开书店
说起书店，张凯哲有很多想法，他认为书店不仅仅是卖书的地方，还应该是大学生阅读和学习的场所。
“同学们看过的旧书可以在这里进行置换。”张凯哲说，书店也可以成为学生们旧书的流通场所，同学们可以把旧书卖给书店，“折价”买新书，也可以直接用旧书置换一本自己喜欢的旧书。每本旧书，学生们都可以免费借阅。
当然，张凯哲也希望书店里有点心，有饮品，还可以销售创意文化产品，就像方所（一所集图书销售、休闲、服饰、时尚、美学生活产品为一体的混业经营的知名书店）。
目前，已经有人愿意投资40万帮助张凯哲开一家书店，但他还想再摆一段时间书摊。“我还想用一些时间总结出更好的运营模式。”张凯哲说，他已在学校里租了一套两室一厅的房屋，准备下学期先开一家家庭小书店进行试水。

重庆晨报：在学校外面摆地摊卖书，你的父母知道吗？
张凯哲：我没有告诉他们我在创业。因为我的父母都生活在农村，他们对创业了解得很少，他们希望我能有一份稳定的工作，所以我告诉他们我在一家书店工作。
重庆晨报：创业中遇到过困难吗？
张凯哲：创业肯定会遇到困难。对于我来说，最直接的问题就是资金有限。有时候去买书，如果遇到很多喜欢的书，身上可能就只剩几块钱现金了。
重庆晨报：一般来说，在文科专业较多的高校卖书会更容易。你为什么会选择在重庆邮电大学外面摆书摊呢？
张凯哲：首先是因为重邮是我的母校，我对这所学校有感情。当然，更重要的原因是，我想挑战自己。如果到文科类或综合类大学外面去卖书，可能会更好卖，但如果我在重邮这样一所理工科类的学校外面就能把书卖好，岂不是可以积累更多的经验，更能说明成功。
重庆晨报：你喜欢看什么类型的书？
张凯哲：除了言情小说，我基本上什么类型的书都看。因为只有看的书多，你才可以去分类，才能给大家推荐。
重庆晨报：你为什么免费借书呢？你不担心同学们都来借书而不买书吗？
张凯哲：我希望让更多的大学生爱上阅读。我发现，现在看书的大学生越来越少，这是为什么呢？我认为是因为他们没有读到一本他们真正感兴趣、真正喜欢的书，所以，我愿意免费借书给他们。我卖的每一本畅销书，都会拆开一本用于借阅。一般来说，大学生的阅读养成基本上都是从一本畅销书开始的。事实也证明，那些喜欢在我这里借书的学生都成了我的老顾客。
