江苏省大学生创业示范基地工作交流研讨会分别于8月4日、8月7日在江南大学、江苏食品药品职业技术学院举行，江苏省高校招生就业指导服务中心主要负责同志出席会议，49个创业示范基地负责人参加了研讨会。
会上，参会代表围绕“如何优化大学生创业环境”，交流了高校创业教育工作、基地为入园创业大学生提供的支持及服务、当地政府出台的扶持大学生创业的优惠政策及落实等情况。
会议认为，中国第四次创业浪潮已经到来，各级政府高度重视创新创业，高校创业教育、大学生创业生逢其时;我省创业教育特色初显，示范基地运行良好，创业教育工作成绩斐然;在新形势下，如何推动高等学校创新创业教育改革、如何帮助大学生实现创业孵化和成功创业，示范基地任重道远。会议分析了创新创业教育和创业示范基地建设管理中存在的不足，并提出创业示范基地建设要实现“四个结合”：一是基地建设要与人才培养相结合，二是基地建设要与区域发展相结合，三是基地建设要与资源统筹相结合，四是基地建设要与功能提升相结合。同时作为示范基地的举办者、管理方，各相关高校要做到注重顶层设计、加强经费投入、建立激励机制。
会后，参会代表参观了江南大学国家大学科技园、江苏食品药品职业技术学院教学实践基地，并与创业大学生进行了亲切交流。
