日均孵化创业企业1.6家，每天平均有一家企业获得融资，平均每家企业融资500万元，车库、3W咖啡声名远播……中关村创业大街自去年6月“开街”以来，交出了一份靓丽的周年成绩单。
这条位于北京海淀区海淀桥南、仅有200多米纵深的街区，到底是如何成为中国创新创业“新地标”的?

创业梦想从这里起飞
2014年6月，全国首条规模聚集创新创业要素的街区“中关村创业大街”诞生。一年间，无数创业的梦想，从这里起飞……
“85后”金钰、杨乐、黄蒙从传统金融服务中发现“痛点”，以互联网方式创新“旅游地产金融”产品。去年，他们创办的“点心科技”获得了街区3W孵化器的种子投资，国内知名创投机构对其估值超过3000万元。
作为一名创业达人，许单单继创办3W咖啡馆后，又和伙伴盯上了互联网领域人才招聘市场。过去一年，他的“拉勾网”在中关村快速成长。
“拉勾网”的6个创始伙伴从3W咖啡馆三层一角起步，如今网站已有6.6万家公司、超73万个职位需求，用“互联网+”方式为150多万人次解决了就业。
在创业大街南广场上，一块高16.32米、宽7.04米的大屏幕在滚动播放着“100位创业者”的项目和梦想。“这块屏幕为创业者打造了一种上市敲钟的成就感。”大屏幕牵头企业天使汇创始人兰宁羽感叹。
据统计，一年里，街区已孵化创业企业超过600家，其中获得融资的企业超过350家，平均每家企业融资500万元，融资总额超过17.5亿元。
创业街区的“二次创业”
上世纪90年代起，创业大街所在的街区成为图书零售批发业的聚集地。“但近几年零售业态已无法满足发展需求，成了中关村占用资源较多、产出附加值较低的业态，产业亟待转型。”秦君说，“创新创业”成了政府和市场一致认定的转型方向。
2013年，中关村决定打破“老业态”，对图书城经营业态进行调整，将图书城打造成创新创业孵化街区。
海淀区在街区运营方式上进行创新：海淀置业与清控科创公司共同出资成立北京海置科创科技服务有限公司，以“政府+市场”模式打造创业大街。
“我们做了回租、回购，以完成产权分散情况下街区的整体改造。”海淀置业集团党委副书记杜瑞明说，政府加速收购部分街区产权，同时对即将到期的其他业态不再续租，专门留给创业单位入住。
政府资源配置与市场专业服务的高效结合，让创业街区快速成型。而具体的“创业服务”工作，便交由市场来激发活力。大街创办以来，联想之星、3W咖啡、binggo咖啡、车库咖啡等一批创新孵化器进驻街区，一股创新创业的热潮在这里迅速兴起。
“政府做好自己该做的，同时要充分发挥市场的力量。”联想控股高级副总裁、联想之星总经理唐旭东说，在中关村创业大街，专业的市场机构善于将创业要素放大，打造创新创业的生态圈，提供“创业能力的孵化”。
“创业生态”激发源源动力
在创业大街“创业会客厅”里，创客林贺一得到了从注册创办公司到产品知识产权注册的一系列支持。“很多事情我们没想到，政府都想到了，节约我们很多时间。”他说。
用“线上+线下”的模式，“创业会客厅”集合了60多家创业政务服务、专业服务、创新展示等功能。其中，海淀区“多证联办”服务窗口已经完成65家创业企业的工商注册。
如今，在创业大街，包含技术服务、人才招聘、法律服务、投融资服务等各类市场化服务机构已超过40家，帮创业者破解各种难题。同时，围绕知识产权、科技金融等创业需求的市场机构正形成新的“聚集街区”——中关村科技金融一条街、知识产权和标准化一条街。
一些“创客”告诉记者，中关村创业大街之所以能成为“创业天堂”，既是因为这里有便捷的创业服务，有众多的融资机会，更为可贵的，还有年轻人之间的思想碰撞，有包容失败、鼓励创新的文化氛围。
街区运营方清控科创董事长秦君表示，这条街未来主力的创业者很可能是“85后”“90后”，对这些年轻人，我们希望打造一种包容鼓励、容忍失败的创业文化，也形成公益为先的商业文化。
“可以感觉到，因为有这些政策、专业的融资、孵化，中关村的创新创业生态已经不比美国硅谷差，创新创业的活力正在源源不断地迸发。”在中关村创业近三十年的用友网络董事长王文京说。
