时下，正是大学生毕业季，一些应届大学毕业生正在找工作，其中也有不少人选择自主创业。大学毕业生自主创业，在十堰有哪些补贴政策可以享受？日前，市人社局对相关政策进行梳理通报。

小额担保贴息贷款
从事个体经营的小额担保贷款额度最高不超过10万元；合伙经营或创办小微企业的，可按每人不超过10万元、总额不超过50万元的额度实行“捆绑式”贷款。贷款期限一般不超过2年，贷款期限内给予全额财政贴息。
科技型和劳动密集型小微企业当年新招用高校毕业生的，可申请最高不超过200万元的小额担保贷款，按中国人民银行贷款基准利率的50%给予贴息。
创业无偿资金扶持
自主创业的在校大学生和毕业3年内的高校毕业生，根据创业项目情况，可申请2至20万元的无偿资金扶持。
高校毕业生在市级创业基地创业可享受每年不超过2400元、期限最长不超过3年的房租补贴。
每年10月，符合条件的申请人可携带场地租赁合同、缴纳房租的收据或发票，到市劳动就业管理局就业指导科申报。
房租水电补贴
在校大学生和毕业5年内的高校毕业生，在省级大学生创业孵化示范基地创办小微企业，每年最高可获场租及水电费补贴1.8万元，补贴期限不超过3年。
一次性创业补贴
自毕业学年起3年内自主创业的高校毕业生，初次创办小微企业或从事个体经营，按照每个创业实体5000元的标准享受一次性补贴。
每年10月，符合条件的申请人可携带当年新办的工商营业执照、税务登记证、带动就业人员的劳动合同、工资表以及本人毕业证，到市劳动就业管理局就业指导科申报。
创业培训补贴
高校大学生生毕业当年参加创业培训，培训时间不少于10天的，可按规定享受800—1200元/人的创业培训补贴。
税费减免
毕业当年，高校毕业生成为个体经营户后3年内以每户每年9600元为限额，扣减当年应缴纳的相关税收，对大学生创办小微企业月销售额不超过两万元的，暂免征收增值税和营业税。
对大学生创办年应纳所得税额低于10万元（含）的小型微利企业，其所得减按50%记入应纳税所得额，按20%的税率缴纳企业所得税。
此外，大学生创业还可享受行政事业性收费减免、社保补贴政策。
为帮助大学生创业，十堰取消创业户籍限制，建起13个创业孵化基地，成立大学生创业导师服务团，建立金融服务超市，为营造创业氛围，开展“创业明星”宣传活动，每年举办一次青年创业大赛。
