杨洁，80后，易游网络公司合伙人，2008年西北大学本科毕业后开始北漂，3年后回到西安创业。手机游戏行业，是随移动互联网应运而生的新兴行业。凭着自己敏锐的商业嗅觉，将原有建筑表现设计转型游戏美术制作。

杨洁说：“勇敢是年轻人的禀赋，是不是机会，自己先蹚一蹚，但仍需提醒的是，要找准方向。”

我不想从毕业的那天起，就看到人生的终点。
张旭，90后，“你好瑜伽”发起人，毕业于西安航空学院。张旭在大学最后的半年时光里开始创业，他的想法是要将瑜伽文化传播到国人的思想里，让瑜伽成为生活的一部分，去优化行业，去带动行业发展。他说自己注定不是一个安分的人，现在张旭与团体入驻西安高新区创业园“创途在XIAN”，已经顺利拿下投资，目前北京、天津、西安的业务已经即将开展或已经开展。
对于创业，张旭说得最多的话就是：“我不想从我毕业的那天起就看到我人生的终点。”

在困难中，磨炼自己的意志。
罗辉，80后，西安蓝天美术高考培训基地负责人，毕业于西安工程大学。罗辉喜欢画画，大学毕业后和几个有教学经验的朋友一起接管了这家美术工作室。通过四年的不懈努力，这家小小的美术工作室不断壮大，有美术集训部、美术基础部、少儿美术部以及书法国画部四大部门组成。去年陕西省美术联考的本科过线率达到100%，如今在圈内是小有名气的美术高考培训基地。
罗辉说：“只有在困难中磨炼自己的意志，才能在创业之路上越走越好。”

张建，80后，西安微城信息科技有限公司创始人，西安电子科技大学MBA研究生。张建与团队成员一样，以前也不敢想去创业，而是经过了几年历练之后，才有了做公司的想法。张建曾经在高新区创业园工作，工作是与企业打交道，看到有些企业成长起来，自己也逐渐有了从“孵化创业”到“自主创业”的想法。为了解决企业管理上一些操作及细节方面的问题，2010年他又重返西电攻读MBA。
他说：“只有在竞争中才能找到商机，现实很残酷也很公平。在创业的路上，只有坚韧、坚忍的执著精神才能成功。”
玩也是一门艺术，玩得好的才能有好的创意。
谢雯雯，80后，西安电子科技大学大学毕业生，蒜泥创客空间的创始人之一，“每个智能科学专业的学生，都有一个机器人梦。”正如他们自己所说，一起做机器人起初只是为了圆大伙的一个梦。在即将毕业的时候，因为共同爱好走到了一起，萌生创业的想法，虽然前期创业困难重重，但是他们找到了适合自己公司的发展路径，获得1500万元的产业投资。
她说：“玩也是一门艺术，玩得好的才能有好的创意，做好优秀的科技创新。”

张岩，80后，陕西金镝律师事务所律师，西北政法大学研究生毕业。大学毕业后，他不顾家人的反对，毅然决然加入了更富挑战的律师队伍。
今天，即将进入而立之年的他，拥有自己的律师团队，服务多家大型企业以及机关单位，代理各类案件不胜枚举，得到众多当事人及检察官、法官的称赞。
然而，他还是那个平日幽默风趣，工作全力以赴的法律人，奋斗使他离自己的梦想越来越近，困难使他更加清楚地认识距梦想的距离，剩下的大概就是习惯性努力。
他说，创业，不是随波逐流，而是乘风破浪，“没有十二宫的考验，青铜永远不可能是黄金”。

熊超，80后，西安交通大学腰果音乐创始人，西安交通大学毕业生，忠实的音乐爱好者，高中的时候就利用课余时间教人学习音乐，大学的时候开办了自己的校外音乐培训班。在办理培训班期间积累了丰富的音乐教学经验后，他的公司也于今年底6月正式成立，集合6位同学，把他们的音乐天赋想法，展现给更多的音乐爱好者，为他们提供优秀的听觉享受。
他说：“只有静下心来，才知道我们想要的是什么。”
