“一切的可能我都试过，没有希望。”2015年3月11日上线的考拉班车，在它半岁“生日”的那一天停止了运营，并入滴滴大巴。
在宣告死亡前的近两个月里，考拉班车CEO张敏见了三四十家投资人，她认为如果能融到6000万，就尚有和滴滴一拼之力。但7月份滴滴出行刚宣布推出班车业务，又恰逢资本寒冬，没有投资人愿意拿出这笔投资。
被竞争对手“吃掉”，用张敏的话来说，已经是最坏的情况下，最好的结果。更多创业团队连这样的结局也求而不得，更为残酷地被冻死在这个“冬天”。
“今年上半年热得发疯，下半年冷得发疯。”连横跨投资圈和创业圈的雷军在GGV年会上都说今年的市场让人有点看不懂，更何况已经陷入狂热的创业大军们。考拉班车之死在当时引起的轰动，不过是兔死狐悲的爆发。
这股寒潮，6月份初见端倪，到股市剧烈波动的7、8月份彻底席卷整个创投圈。习惯了高温状态的创业者们，有些立刻倒下了，没有倒下的也在盼望回暖。
对于已经被频繁提及的资本寒冬，腾讯科技从各路投资人处获得了不同的反馈。坏消息是目前谈资本回暖还尚早，最早也要等到明年年中；好消息是大部分投资人表示，现在情况并没有进一步恶化，又有了IPO重启和上海新兴战略板的利好，虽然整体环境有降温，但依旧还是创业的黄金时期，他们并没有放弃寻找好项目。
温度降的太快
关于当前投资形势是否达到寒冬状态，投资圈有着不同的答案。FreeS基金创始合伙人李丰坚决认为没有到寒冬，经纬中国创始管理合伙人的看法是寒冬来了，作为最早一批预警资本寒冬的投资人，华兴资本包凡的态度是“天气还好，没那么冷”。
但无论哪一派都无法否认，温度的确降的很快。
据腾讯科技不完全统计，目前已有20多个餐饮外卖项目关闭，近十个社区O2O项目宣布倒闭，汽车、出行领域死掉的创业项目近20个。餐饮外卖、出行、汽车、美业、旅游、教育已成重灾区。
和死亡相对的是，下半年的新增投资项目和投资总额也在不断缩水。
据清科集团统计数据显示，7月份开始，投资案例数就开始降低，但金额还保持增长。到8月份，案例数环比减少了11.29%，金额环比下降63.58%，9月份投资金额和数量均有所回暖。
值得关注的是，10月份总投资金额19.65亿美元，大幅降到了仅有9月总投资金额的1/3的水平，案例数环比也减少35.59%。这个月还首次出现了投资总额和案例数环比（和上月相比）和同比（和去年同期相比）双降的局面。
多位投资人均向腾讯科技表示，整个圈子下半年的投资节奏确实在放缓。上半年那种结束一轮融资，立刻进入下一轮融资，且估值翻几倍的情况少了很多。即便是融到了资，恐怕估值都是大打折扣。
创业公司外，对新基金和小基金而言，降温也带来了死亡的威胁。二级市场的恶化，在人民币市场传导的非常快。即便是明星投资人李丰的FreeS基金，早期募资得到了非常丰厚的承诺金额，碰上资本市场下跌，都少了一半。
一位不愿具名的投资人对腾讯科技坦言，人民币基金作为新兴事物，现在大部分都还处于无序混乱阶段。尤其是很多基金的LP（出资人）就是上市公司，股市的波动导致上市公司市值巨幅缩水，基金募集完成率变得很低，投给企业的钱被拖欠的情况变得较为常见，被拖死的也不在少数。融到钱迟迟拿不到钱也是死神来了。

这个冬天不太冷？
降温虽然是无可否认的事实。但是在温度上，华泰证券研究所董事总经理王禹媚却希望能给创业者一点不一样的“温暖”。
和李丰一样，她也是非寒冬一派。在她看来，今年二季度，由于人民币资本大幅进入等因素，让市场达到了八十度的高温。现在温度降了一半，看上去很惊人，但实际上是回到了更适合生存的三四十度，并不是所有的降温就等同于零下。
关于寒冬死亡的微观案例，市场上已经流传太多。但是站在宏观角度，事情没有想象的那么糟糕，王禹媚的三四十度的观点也并不是安慰之语。
GGV管理合伙人童士豪站对腾讯科技表示，“虽然今年大部分投资公司速度与去年相比都会下降，但把时间拉长到5年的区间，现在依旧还处于比较活跃的阶段。新成立的基金依旧不少，并且规模更大。从供给角度来说，今年资本供给端流入风投领域的钱，并大规模减少，而且人民币往TMT方向的投资迁移的趋势还是很明显，从这个角度而言，资金依旧充沛”。
私募通数据显示，2015年第三季度中外创业投资机构新募集基金81支，新增可投资于中国大陆的资本量为65.12亿美元，单支基金平均募集规模达9043.94万美元，活跃度虽然有所下降，但部分大基金拉升了募资金额。共发生716起投资案例，其中620起披露金额的交易共计涉及60.14亿美元，环比仅微降0.7%，平均投资规模达970.07万美元。
华兴资本董事总经理、境内投资市场负责人魏山巍也强调了大环境并没有进一步恶化的判断。他认为降温其实是资本供给和需求相对平衡的必然结果，告别供大于求，回归理性，虽然土豪资本和非理性资本少了，但优质资源开始倾斜，对整个市场的运行而言是好事。
“冬天可能不太冷”，但融不到资的创业团队依旧难熬。甚至有创业者告诉腾讯科技，他们房租到期的时间还有三个月，团队在用这个时间计算项目的生命长度，资本尽快回暖是他们此时最大的期盼。
就投资人的普遍观点而言，答案对这个团队而言，恐怕不太乐观。虽然华兴资本包凡、经纬中国张颖，乐搏资本杨宁、青山资本张野、红杉资本合伙人计越等一众投资人，都表示从以往的资本寒冬的持续情况来看，这次降温不会持续太久。
但即便是青山资本张野最乐观的回暖时间预估，也是明年5月左右。计越只给出了预计是明年的判断。杨宁的观点是不会超过一年半，而张颖认为融资的艰难期可能要持续一年半，但回暖最晚不超过2017年7月份。
比较好的消息是IPO已经在11月开始重启，倾向于互联网公司的上海新兴战略板也有望明年上线。中国二级市场叠加效应一向非常快，资本市场冷热交替的也会非常快，拐点会在明年出现是目前最主流的声音。
未来12个月是最好时机
虽然投资普遍变得谨慎，但是抄底还是观望却是截然不同的态度，后者代表的是不分质量通杀，前者的话，其实优质项目会变得更有机会。
一位美元基金投资人告诉腾讯科技，现在不少美元基金的态度都是先观望，放缓投资节奏，甚至暂时不投。中概股的表现欠佳和回归潮、中国股市的动荡、中国公司的估值过高等都有所影响投资心理，更为关键的是不太确定中国经济的走向。因为美元基金大部分在后期，所以最近的合并潮和这个也有着一定关系。
但更多的投资人的态度目前还是偏向乐观，想要趁着降温，以低价拿下一批真正好的创业公司。毕竟在2008年到2009年那一波资本寒冬里，诞生了不少独角兽公司。
从总体趋势来看，包凡认为，目前各种创新和新技术，反应到生产力的提高，让创业黄金期再持续10年没有太大的问题。
童士豪更直接鲜明地表达了他的观点，他觉得未来12个月其实是最好的投资机会，同时，越是市场不景气，优质项目越会遭到争抢。“当别人都是疯狂的时候，你要更理性一点，别人很害怕的时候，你就应该更开心一点”。
但抄底并不代表是用低价买一堆项目，而是以较低的价格进入好的项目，自身不够硬的项目将面临更快的淘汰，资源的倾斜效应会更加明显。“低价抄底，如果买的是不好的项目，再低的价钱都没用，死掉一堆项目对基金伤害更大，募资就更难了。”风云基金侯继勇说。
以考拉班车为例，虽然创始人张敏觉得死亡最大的原因在于寒冬期没有拿到投资。但也有一些分析认为，考拉班车有着过度依赖资本的问题，运营节奏和资金流把握失控；团队又缺乏经验，多实习生少交通背景的专业人才；业务开展缓慢、线路设计不佳等问题。投资人判断竞争胜算小才是主因。
乐搏资本创始人杨宁坦言，资本火爆的时候，鱼龙混杂。冷的要死的时候才应该大手笔投资，想搭顺风车的创业者，冬天一到就缩回去了，有能力的、真正想创业的、企业又活的不错的才值得投。
对于创业者而言，要如何对待冬天？真格基金徐小平的看法非常具有代表性，“只要你的产品好，你最接近商业本质，有客户、能赚钱，再寒冷的冬天都会过去。资本的寒冬跟创业者无关，只要低头做好你的事，资本自然会狂热的来找你”。
