10月8日，餐饮O2O平台黄太吉宣布1.8亿元B轮投资，由盛景网联、香港家族基金投资人陈坤亮、吴焯民领投、分享投资等A轮投资人跟投，投中资本为此次融资的独家财务顾问投行。
创立至今，黄太吉在三年间历经三次转型，由“中式麦当劳”转型为“品类品牌快餐产品垂直外卖平台”，目前主打产品为煎饼果子，此外旗下还有来得吉（餐饮成品及半成品外卖配送）、大黄蜂（时尚风格火锅店）、牛炖先生（炖菜快餐）等。
作为A轮就投资黄太吉的盛景网联，本次再次参与投资，其合伙人刘昊飞说：“本次融资黄太吉的产业思路更加清晰，商业模式务实可行，尤其是赫畅团队作为一线O2O从业者的务实态度，是我们再次加注的主要原因。”
和诸多创业公司有所不同的是，黄太吉的核心团队有7个人，CEO赫畅和6位不同团队负责人。餐饮专业公众号“餐饮老板内参”评论说，“赫畅是‘招牌’，是‘总管’，其余6人各自负责自己相应的一摊业务。这7个人做到了‘一呼百应’，赫畅一呼，6人齐上，7人一呼，整个团队立马前奔，不容易看到掣肘、跟不上的状况，即使有，很快就能做到补位。”
对于此轮融资的用途，赫畅说：“资金方面补充后，黄太吉希望在产能中心和运力两块基础设施加大投入，同时，黄太吉正式向各大传统餐饮品牌、创新型餐饮品牌发出邀请，黄太吉愿意共享其基础设施，共同做大精品外卖这块万亿大蛋糕。”
而对于未来，黄太吉还想打造所谓的餐饮外卖的金融创业生态平台，并在食材供应和供应链管理上提供帮助。
“黄太吉式”互联网思维
“黄太吉式”营销曾备受争议，甚至压倒主业，让人忘了黄太吉原来是卖煎饼果子的。
去年，黄太吉不花钱就拍出了《我要你开花》这部创业喜剧大电影，于12月12日登陆各大院线。近期，黄太吉又先后在两部国产喜剧电影《煎饼侠》和《港囧》中露面，尝尽甜头。
这与创始人不无关系，时常抛头露面的赫畅多次在演讲中提到英国维珍集团的创始人理查德?布兰森是他的偶像，后者被认为是媲美乔布斯的营销界神话级人物。
依托营销上位，“黄太吉式”互联网思维还体现在企业内部管理的互联网化。
黄太吉采用类似“滴滴出行”的抢单软件，由煎饼师傅实行抢单，而不是人为摊派，每完成一单计件一次；由一个店长，通过后台管理系统和现场视频监控，同时管理多家店，运用互联网工具和手段扩大店长管理能力，缓解扩张时店长人手不足的压力；基于微信端的信息通报系统每小时通报每一家店的订单、投诉等，并进行PK；以月、以周为单位的迭代速度进行优化。
三次转型
创始人赫畅曾对媒体表示：“我们三年探索了三种快餐消费模式，黄太吉最初只是一个中式快餐单品的互联网品牌，但现在我们已经成为对餐饮供应链具有重构价值的平台，一个完全基于移动互联网的精品外卖共享平台。
从单品连锁，到多品牌连锁模式，再到目前的精品外卖共享平台。正式进入外卖O2O阵营的黄太吉，面对的将是“新美大”、百度糯米、口碑、饿了么等一众对手。
赫畅坦言经历了三次认知转化——高价值的认知、高效率的销售和高频次的连接——这也决定了黄太吉的三次转型。除了线上信息的重组，O2O的本质是对供应链的重构，而销售本身是成为与用户建立连接的手段，而不是目的。
黄太吉未来将怎么做？
客户与平台定位。黄太吉主要针对在商务区办公的年轻白领和小资群体，满足他们日常就近用餐、安全健康用餐的刚性需求。“只做CBD三公里配送、不做全程覆盖、只做30—50客单价、只做中午一顿饭、只和品类内最好的产品品牌展开产品合作。”
隐性资产最大化。赫畅善于设计与传播，品牌的包装能力与社交媒体的营销能力是其独特的隐性资产。
回归产品。“不好吃”曾是大众对黄太吉产品的最大诟病。黄太吉则认为餐饮产品远不止“口味”，口味、安全、健康、环境、氛围、调性等综合性体验才构成餐饮“完整产品”。为此，黄太吉与小南国、外婆家、新辣道、净雅集团等共同成立众横快建集团，建立餐饮行业供应链体系和连锁管理机构，优化和完善口味的同时，提升餐饮产业链上游和深度根基上的整合能力。
以外卖为核心。赫畅曾在猎云网的采访中表示，未来总收入的70%将来自外卖。此前的外卖品牌竞争对手也将转眼变成平台进驻合作伙伴，而黄太吉亦有意孵化新的互联网餐饮品牌。黄太吉的数据显示，2015年7月，月度外卖单数达到25万份，外卖营业额增长至534万元，占比已超过一半。
同一商圈、多品牌集群开店模式。黄太吉旗下品类品牌门店既是独立、又呈捆绑之势。集中在一个商圈，一方面满足消费者饮食刚需，另一方面相互引流，降低客户开发、维护成本和内部运营管理成立。
前台个性化和后台共享化。赫畅将黄太吉的各个品牌小店比作门户网站的各个频道，在前端可以是频道化、个性化，又能在各个门店看出其背后共同的特征和元素，后端则可以实现人力、设施等资源充分共享。
黄太吉能做好外卖O2O吗？
巨额融资之后，黄太吉是会走外卖O2O一贯的烧钱补贴模式，还是另辟蹊径？
赫畅向媒体解释了已有优势：“黄太吉目前拥有白领聚集地区优势产能和配送能力，结合我们自身对餐饮供应链的深度理解和资源，既帮助传统餐饮企业释放和提升他的上游工厂端效益，助力他们扩展外卖业务，又帮助创新互联网餐饮品牌快速释放他的销售，同时对这些创业品牌共享我们对供应链的理解和资源。黄太吉对整个快餐供应链起到了优化和提效的作用，同时我们又是一个共享平台，扶持创新型餐饮品牌。”
据赫畅透露的数据，目前，黄太吉月收入接近1200万元，年底会冲击5000万元月收入的目标。自今年7月开始，单月现金流就已经为正。“2016年，即使业务规模零增长，也肯定会实现盈利，盈利对黄太吉不是问题，而是优势。”
行业排名第一的美团网和排名第二的大众点评尚且抱团取暖，依托单品与营销起家的互联网品牌转型为外卖共享平台，要想克服供应链资源整合、多品牌管理和市场推广并突出重围，任重道远。
正如北京商业经济学会秘书长赖阳对《北京商报》表示，黄太吉虽然从一开始模式就做得很热闹，但实际上它的市场竞争力并没有展现出来，“即便有投资进来，黄太吉想在外卖领域这块做好，我觉得成功的难度是极其巨大的，我暂持观望态度”。
