通信世界网消息(CWW) 近日，51社保网天津分公司与天津知名创业孵化器“闯先生”达成合作，并出席了闯先生创业360发布会。据悉此次发布会共吸引了近300位创投圈内人、创业者参加。发布会上51社保网资深社保专家庚鑫给创业者们普及了《初创公司用工风险防范》的专业知识。
社保专家庚鑫先生提出，劳动法就是企业和员工的另类“婚姻法”。因为从广义上讲，两者都是在约束或者说管理两个主体“结合”与“分离”的事，只不过劳动法的两个主体一个是企业一个是个人。就像结婚一样，企业在与员工“结合”的时候，一定要事先把该说的说清楚。首先就是劳动合同，劳动合同最好经过专业律师审核，并在一个月之内订立，因为《劳动法》规定一个月之后企业就要付给员工双倍工资。
再有就是入职参保要及时、社保要趁早合规问题，并且社保操作要专业。从前几天51社保网发布的《中国企业社保白皮书》来看，在入职参保的及时性上已经有超过8成企业能够做到及时参保。但是在合规性上，则有六成企业社保不合规。而近年来拟上市公司审查过程中“社保门“频出，最终影响企业上市计划的案例屡见不鲜。
在互联网+时代，很多企业人员规模大幅增加且流动性增强，企业全国布局进程明显加快，越来越多的企业接触到O2O用工模式。在企业飞速发展的同时，用工风险也在提高，所以如何有效规避用工风险、解决异地社保缴纳问题变得格外重要。
初创企业在没有专业的人去把控社保这摊事的时候，如何进行专业化操作?社保专家表示，这就是51社保网一直在精耕细作的事情。51社保网去年率先提出并开始探索互联网社保服务模式，并在今年8月22日“第三届中国企业社保高峰论坛”上对该模式做出明确定义，即“运用互联网技术，提升服务效率，优化用户体验，以社保代理服务为核心业务持续创新产品，创造价值，并拓展重构新的商业模式。”
面对全国各地社保政策的不同的情况，服务便成了是互联网社保服务模式的根本。直至8月，51社保网已完成像天津分公司一样8个重点城市直营分公司建立，并在9月完成15个直营分公司布局，并逐步建立更多的地区直属服务中心，以此去适应全国不同的社保情况，保证服务质量。
据悉，除51社保网外，包括知果果、易点租、云财务、绿狗网等多家做企业服务的创业公司也参与了此次活动，旨在通过闯先生的创业360平台360度全方位无死角服务与创业者及创业企业。
