据说，投(ji)资(zhe)人最爱问创业者的一个问题是：“要是腾讯跟进你的项目怎么办?”的确，身为互联网大佬的腾讯已经强大到很多创业者都感到害怕。不过，马化腾表态，腾讯将打造开放平台，只做“连接器和内容生产”，不会抢创业者饭碗。未来的竞争是开放平台之间的竞争，谁拥有最多开发者，谁的竞争力就越大。
7月12日，在“腾讯华强双百亿创客发布会”上，腾讯开放平台副总经理袁子文向大家解释了腾讯开放平台的发展规划，他表示，腾讯将拿出10亿投资众创新三榜，大硬件平台QQ物联、微信硬件、TOS全力扶持创客，为创业者提供6个月免费腾讯云+硬件众创扶持计划，以及100亿流量的创业扶持。以下是小编整理的发言：
首先大家看一下，我们在四年多前，就是2011年的6月份，正式宣布开放。在这之前，腾讯好像是一个互联网的巨无霸，我们有很大的流量，QQ流量很大，我们喜欢什么事情都自己做。后来我们发现，其实这个世界很大，什么事情都靠自己做不现实，我们2010年的时候发生了一个事件，大家也知道，我们也不避讳来说，就是爆发了三Q大战，最后的结果不重要，很重要的是说，我们腾讯由此认识到，其实这个时代在开放，我们要想不一定是赢得世界，我们要想获得在业界大家广泛的认可，建立一个广泛的生态，可能更重要。我们的马总提出要正式宣布开放，我们的候总带领团队在这方面身体力行。
我们开放了四年，这四年其实在刚开始开放的时候，大家都说腾讯是真开放还是假开放，口号好喊。我们用一些数字告诉大家，我们腾讯做事很认真，只要说干就干。我们四年下来，第三方的分成超过了100亿，这个数字是很沉甸甸的，不仅是100亿，大家可以看到，我们的上市公司，在我们的平台上成长起来的超过10家，相信后面的数字会更加大。
还有一个数字，我们看到原来互联网的收益，大部分都是来自于巨头，但是我们的数据上来看的时候，发现在过去的两年里面，我们的开发者这块的收益已经超过了50%，加起来的长尾效应非常的厉害。三年时间，我们的开发者人数超过了36倍。2011年时候的开放主要还是PC为主，后来我们往移动转，现在我们是多终端的设备，包括智能设备，手表等等。
我们今年要打造众创空间，其实我们之前叫做创业基地等等，今年我们也是呼应总理提出来的“大众创新，万众创业”，我们建众创空间是要建立广泛的生态，归结起来就是线上加速，线下扶持。
线上加速更多是利用腾讯的资源开放出来，比方说我们的微信、QQ，举例来说，我们QQ的音频、视频非常强，我们可以开放出来。还有就是云的能力，就相当于我们给众多的开发者提供一个仓储，之前你可能要自己去建仓储，你要把你的应用、数据，自己买服务器，自己建空间。现在的话，我们腾讯云这个能力开放出来，可以帮助你，你自己不用再建自己的仓储。
流量这一块，什么概念呢?流量其实更像是一个货架，我们就是开发出来很多应用，太多了，现在在我们平台上面，应用宝上面，我们有几百万的应用，一个用户可能翻到前几页不会再往下翻，所以货架是多么的重，我们愿意把这块的能力开放出来。其他还有很多物理空间等等。
腾讯会尽全力提供这些资源和能力，还有非常重要的是和社会力量，包括政府，像福田区，我们有大量的创客机构、产业联盟等等，我们要打造一个大的生态，全要素的众创空间，这个可能也是在业界比较创新的一种模式。
我们的众创空间里面会开放三大硬件平台：QQ物联、微信硬件、TOS。可能QQ物联和微信硬件大家有所知道，说白了，我们希望这些硬件出来，这些智能家电也好、各种电子产品，其实我们原来是做过硬件的，我原来读研究生，工作早期都是搞硬件的，我知道原来搞硬件还是挺费劲的一件事情，这个地方我们相当于把我们的能力开放出来，能够帮助我们做到这些硬件都能够有连接能力，不仅是人和人的连接，我们希望做到人和物的连接，可能后面还有物和物的连接都可以来做。
还有刚刚前面讲到的云，就是一个仓储，我们公司内部也是有这样的一个扶持计划，就是你使用腾讯云的话，前六个月免费，后六个月五折，都是真金白银，帮助大家降低门槛，更好的创业成功。
我们在全国会有超过25个众创空间落地，之前我们都是软的，带硬的比较少，我们在上海的众创空间有个比较小的实验室，里面的硬件都是创业者捐出来的，其实是小米+步枪，我们和华强集团合作，也可以提高我们的起点。
我们现在讲“10亿”，这是我们腾讯做的众创新三榜，大家都知道新三板，很多企业现在创业板很难，就上新三板，我们搞个新三榜，而且是拿10亿，正儿八经的资源来做这个事情。
举例来说，大家看中间这个创业财富榜，前10名可获得价值1500万的腾讯众创空间投资，还有创新任务榜，投资伯乐榜，我们在10月份的时候会出来，在重庆会有一个全球合作伙伴大会上颁奖，帮助你腾飞。
“10亿”之后是“100亿”，100亿流量扶持，大家会想，100亿是流量不是钱，腾讯是不是忽悠我?告诉大家，流量比钱还值钱，今年的100亿流量，可能明年值130亿，有的创业者有钱也买不到流量，我们愿意把宝贵的流量拿出来扶持创业者。
“100亿”再下面就是“1000亿”，当时是流量，现在是正儿八经的钱了，光靠腾讯出钱也不好，我们还是要和大家合作，不能吃独食，我们联合非常多的伙伴一起打造众创空间，帮助创业者成功。
