孕期子宫肌瘤会影响胎儿吗
一般来说，怀孕期间子宫肌瘤会生长。如果怀孕前肌瘤不太大，可以定期检查，不影响怀孕过程和结局。胎盘位置太近或直接覆盖在子宫肌瘤上，容易引起流产、早产、胎盘早期脱落、产后大量出血、生产延迟和低出生体重。大子宫肌瘤容易引起胎位不正和早产。
- 有些肌瘤会引起扭转，引起孕妇腹痛，这时要进行剖腹产探查。如果肌瘤太快，太大，血液供应不足导致肌瘤变性或坏死，则只能以保守的症状治疗，直到胎儿成熟，并进行安泰治疗。生产时剖腹产生产，除了有茎的肌瘤外，一概不处理。孕期有子宫肌瘤，对女性危害很大，所以一旦发现，必须及时就医。

孕期子宫肌瘤的症状有哪些
妊娠合并子宫肌瘤对怀孕和分娩都有影响。黏膜下肌瘤是受精卵妨碍着床或引起早期流产。大的根壁间肌瘤怀孕时容易因机械障碍或宫腔畸形而流产，肌瘤明显增大，产后逐渐减少。怀孕期间，如果子宫肌瘤迅速扩大，就会发生红色变化，导致严重的腹痛、恶心、呕吐、发热、白细胞数升高。
- 子宫出血是子宫肌瘤最常见的症状。临床可能出现月经过多、出血周期性、经量多、月经期间延长，这种类型的出血最多。月经频率多，月经周期缩短，月经量增加。不规则出血，月经失去正常周期性，持续时间长，耗时长，多见于黏膜下肌瘤。
- 腹部肿块、子宫位于盆腔深部，肌瘤刚开始时腹部摸不到肿块。随着子宫肌瘤的扩大，子宫在怀孕3个月以上或子宫下面的浆膜下肌瘤在腹部容易接触。肿块位于下腹部正中，室性、活动性不大，患者腹壁厚，子宫大，或盆腔，甚至超过4 ~ 5个月的妊娠大小，患者仍难以自行发现。
子宫肌瘤穿刺后做试管成功率高吗
1、子宫肌瘤出现时间
- 每次月经周期开始时，多个子宫肌瘤都是相同的舌肉，但一般有1 ~ 2个子宫肌瘤成熟，被称为朱子子宫肌瘤(优势子宫肌瘤)，其余子宫肌瘤相继关闭。有报道称，90%以上的周期只有一个子宫肌瘤快速成熟，5%至11%有两个朱子子宫肌瘤发育。子宫肌瘤超声影像显示，生理周期第5-7天，最小直径为4-5毫米。
2、子宫肌瘤生长速度
- 超声波在月经周期第3-5天在卵巢发现小子宫肌瘤，今后生长平均第14天最大，可能发生排卵。从月经第5天到排卵，朱子宫肌瘤平均每天增加1.5毫米。10天前平均每天增加1.2毫米，排卵4天前平均增加1.9毫米，直到子宫肌瘤发育成熟。
子宫肌瘤穿刺后可以同房吗?
- 子宫肌瘤穿刺后，下一次月经前10天左右可能会发生排卵，但如果平时月经不规律，时间也不确定。卵巢穿刺后不一定会排出，部分卵巢在穿刺后3 ~ 4天左右在同一个房间怀孕的概率会很高，所以一定要保持良好的心情，不要有太大的精神压力。
