精细操作为胚胎保驾护航——胚胎移植篇
中心胚胎移植手术精细化体现在整个过程中。胚胎移植操作由临床医生和实验室胚胎学家默契配合完成。手术医生调整好受术者体位，固定窥器，清洗消毒后，将移植用外套管轻柔放入受术者子宫，并保持在宫腔内最佳位置，胚胎学家手持连接注射器的内管在显微镜下吸取胚胎，再将内管插入外管，轻轻送入子宫，轻推注射器，缓慢将胚胎注入子宫内。移植完成后，胚胎学家缓慢抽出内管，带回培养室，在显微镜下查看有无遗漏胚胎，确保胚胎进入子宫。
移植过程兼顾胚胎零伤害、体外停留时间短，移植液体量，胚胎在液体中位置稳定，操作过程无风险 。
双方配合进行胚胎移植有以下优势：
- 1、保证移植过程从容稳定：移植时，手术医生可以一手扶窥器，避免窥器固定困难者（如阴道短、阴道切除等）在移植过程中窥器脱落，另一手插外管，兼处理手术中可能出现的突发意外，使手术从容、安全、平稳、顺利的进行，移植时，另一手还有固定外管与内管，避免内管在外管内晃动而导致管头在宫腔内位置改变。
- 2、胚胎体外停留时间短：胚胎学家吸取胚胎后快速将胚胎移入受术者子宫，减少两人交接胚胎过程对时间的浪费。
- 3、安全有效：胚胎学家操作胚胎轻柔平稳熟练，吸取胚胎时可精细控制最佳液体体积、气体体积、胚胎在液柱中的位置，并考虑重力和浮力对胚胎的作用，控制持管角度，使胚胎保持在最佳位置进入子宫。推注时轻柔平稳缓慢。胚胎在进入子宫过程中会受到的推力、管壁摩擦力和浮力共同作用，胚胎学家这些周全的考虑，精细的操作使胚胎感受到最少的压力。避免交接时内管的振动导致胚胎位置的改变和单手操作推注力度把握的不稳定。
- 4、零风险：避免交接过程可能出现的触碰甚至交接失误的安全风险。多方共同核对胚胎与患者，避免人胚不一致的风险；移植后两位胚胎学家在显微镜下核查内管装载胚胎是否全部移入患者子宫，避免胚胎遗漏的风险。
