山东试管报销政策简介
近日，山东省卫健委、财政厅、医保局联合发布了《关于开展试管助孕综合服务和药品使用管理试点及实施试验区建设的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。此次通知明确了普通试管婴儿和辅助生殖技术中的人类精子注射等均可纳入报销范围，并且明确规定每年报销额度为20万元。
哪些人可以享受试管报销？
据悉，《通知》中规定，符合以下条件的人群可以享受试管婴儿报销政策：夫妇双方均为山东省户籍，女方年龄不超过45岁，男方年龄不超过55岁；经过正规医疗机构检查，确诊为不孕不育或有明确生育障碍；已经进行了1年以上辅助生殖治疗而未能成功怀孕。此外《通知》还规定，试管婴儿的相关费用应当全部通过社会保险基金支付，并明确要求各级财政部门要按照有关规定及时拨付资金。
试管费用何时纳入医保范围？
目前《通知》中并没有明确指出试管婴儿是否可以纳入医保范围。但是从山东省卫健委的官网可以看出，此次政策文件是在《国家卫生健康委员会办公厅关于开展试管助孕综合服务建设美好国内试验区工作的指导意见》（以下简称《指导意见》）基础上制定的。而《指导意见》中明确规定，"逐步将助孕技术纳入医保支付范围"。因此相信，在未来一段时间内，随着国家相关政策的逐步推进，试管婴儿也将会逐渐纳入医保范围。
