母乳喂养要注意什么问题，这些情况下继续喂养对宝宝身体有影响

孕妇生完孩子就要开始喂奶了，有奶水的妈妈尽量用母乳喂养，4个月前的婴儿由母乳喂养即可到了6个月以后在适当的添加辅食，哺乳期的女性要注意身体健康保持充足的营养避免出现奶水不足的情况。
新手妈妈需要注意哪些问题
1、开奶
生完孩子母亲要及时开奶一来可以培养婴儿吮吸奶水的习惯方便以后喂养，二来对于有妊娠高血糖的女性由于婴儿长期处于高血糖的环境中体内的胰岛素水平高出生后没有及时补充体内会出现高胰岛素的症状孩子容易生病，建议孕妇下分娩后半个小时就开始喂奶。
2、按需喂养
婴儿喂养要按需喂养特别是新生儿，婴儿饿了就喂一次没有必要固定喂养的时间可以避免孩子哭闹带孩子也方便，新手妈妈掌握不好喂奶量等婴儿大一些可以定时喂奶减少过量喂奶造成婴儿吐奶。
3、注意胎便
新生儿喂奶后会有胎便排出，母亲可以适当的按摩婴儿的肚子帮助快速排出胎便，如果婴儿出现胎便长期排不干净建议去儿科医院检查一下。
4、注意保养乳房
新生儿开始喝奶后妈妈就要开始保养乳房了，喂完孩子后可以将奶水涂一点在乳头上可以起到保护乳头的作用，在洗澡后按摩可以缓解涨奶，如果女性奶水充足可以挤一些奶水放在冰箱保存。
什么情况下不要喂养
1、生病
母亲感冒发热后不要喂养避免将病毒传染给婴儿，孩子的抵抗力低下一旦生病治疗会比较麻烦。
2、患有肝炎和内分泌疾病
女性在孕前患有肝炎和内分泌疾病不建议母乳喂养容易传染给孩子，内分泌异常的女性母乳也会受到影响对孩子健康不利。
3、乳糖不耐受
乳糖不耐受是很多人都会有的现象，婴儿乳糖不耐受会出现腹泻的症状，妈妈发现后可以改喂不含乳糖的奶粉。
不同阶段的婴儿母乳喂养是有方法会略有不同科学的喂养宝贝会更健康，女性要注意保持乐观的心态心情不好会导致奶水减少哺乳期的妈妈要确保营养充足才能有足够的奶水。
