畸胎瘤是常见的生殖细胞瘤，卵巢畸胎瘤在20~40岁女性身上比较常见。卵巢畸胎瘤分为良性和恶性，发现的大多是良性畸胎瘤，良性畸胎瘤和恶性畸胎瘤都可以通过腹腔镜手术切除，但是恶性畸胎瘤手术切除后还需要继续化疗。畸胎瘤如果不治疗会影响女性排卵，从而导致不孕。

畸胎瘤作为女性卵巢方面的一种疾病，一旦患上就一定会导致女性的卵巢功能出现异常，因此畸胎瘤也可导致女性不排卵，若女性朋友们因畸胎瘤导致不排卵，应及时就医诊治。
值得一提的是，畸胎瘤有良性，也有恶性的，若只是良性的畸胎瘤，其形状是非常小的，且大多数女性都属于良性畸胎瘤，而部分良性畸胎瘤的女性每个月也是有卵子排出的，且并不会影响到怀孕。
需要注意的是，不管畸胎瘤这种疾病是否导致了不排卵，女性朋友们一经发现这种疾病应立即就医诊治，患上该疾病的女性就算有卵子排出，但也并不适合怀孕，该疾病会影响到胎儿的生长发育，必须治愈后才能考虑怀孕。
