骨质疏松在日常生活中比较常见，特别是老年人患病概率较大，可以通过治疗改善，治疗之前应去医院做个详细检查，了解病因后对症进行治疗，这样治疗效果比较好。另外，骨质疏松还应注意饮食，多吃有营养的食物，少吃刺激性大的食物。
骨质疏松怎么治疗
1、适当锻炼
- 可以在医生指导下进行适当锻炼，刚开始锻炼时可以做些舒缓的运动，比如瑜珈、打太极、散步等，这几种运动不剧烈，每天可以抽出半小时，适当活动一下身体。只要每天坚持锻炼身体，不仅可以改善骨质疏松，还可以提高身体抵抗力，预防一些疾病的发生。
2、饮食
- 平时可以多吃豆制品、大骨汤、牛乳等，多吃新鲜的水果与蔬菜，比如青菜、油麦菜、西红柿、苹果、香蕉等，营养摄入要均衡，不宜随意挑食。如果患上骨质疏松，一定要积极配合医生治疗，以免病情越来越严重，影响身体健康。
3、多晒太阳
- 每天可以抽出一点时间晒晒太阳，因为晒太阳可以促进钙离子的吸收 ，如果夏天紫外线较强，尽量不要晒太阳，可以在早上七八点的时候晒太阳，不会晒伤皮肤。
骨质疏松症状有哪些
1、疼痛
- 如果患上骨质疏松会出现腰背痛，站立时间长会导致疼痛加剧，严重影响日常生活。部分患者会出现肋间神经痛、四肢放射痛等症状，一旦发现患上此疾病，早些去医院治疗。
2、呼吸功能下降
- 骨质疏松会导致呼吸功能下降，脊椎向后弯曲，胸廓会变畸形，会导致换气量减少，从而引起气短、胸闷、呼吸困难等症状。如果身体出现以上症状，最好去医院做个详细检查，了解是否患上骨质疏松，也可以早发现早治疗。
3、骨折
- 骨质疏松前期容易出现骨折，这是因为骨质疏松导致骨密度降低，一旦摔倒骨折的概率会比正常人高一些。老年人平时走路要多注意，尽量慢一些，千万不能快跑，以免摔伤后导致骨折。
