试管婴儿促排卵中长方案和短方案都有各自的适应人群，医生会根据每位患者的不同情况而制定不同的方案，只有适合自己方案成功率才是最高的。长方案适合30岁以下卵巢功能较好的患者，也是临床中使用人数最多的方案，而短方案则适合大龄以及卵巢功能不佳的患者，可以说二者的适应人群是完全不同的，但最终促排成功率都是非常高的。
长方案还是短方案的成功率高
目前试管婴儿治疗中，长方案和短方案促排的成功率都在50%~55%区间，二者是临床中使用最普遍的方案之一，这也导致一些患者想知道究竟哪一种方案的成功率更高，其实它们分别有各自的适应症，只有最适合自己的才是最好的方案，具体如下：
长方案：适合年龄小于30岁且卵巢功能良好，窦卵泡储备数量>8个的女性，其优点是更容易控制和监测卵子的生长，有更长的周期可以让医生控制获得更多成熟且优质的卵子；
短方案：适合年龄超过>40岁以及卵巢反应较差的患者，由于优点是流程简单且疗程短，所以对于适合和工作、生活以及其他特殊安排冲突的患者。
长方案还是短方案更好
长方案和短方案都是临床中使用较多的促排卵方案之一，但二者的适应人群是不同的，长方案适合身体状况比较理想的患者，例如卵泡数量、卵巢功能等，在此基础上可以使用较大剂量的促排药物获得质量更高数量更多的卵子；而短方案则适合大龄、卵巢储备下降、卵巢反应低下、前次长方案获卵少的患者。
Tips：长方案和短方案各有优劣，临床中医生会在做试管前检查患者身体状况，根据患者年龄、疾病史、卵巢功能、卵子储备数量等因素给患者制定最佳方案，通常一次促排卵都能获得理想的卵子数量和质量，作为患者无需担心，相信医生的同时调整好自身状态即可。
