孕22-25周打了2期胰岛素控糖后，空腹检测总是高的主要原因是认识其糖尿病引起了，在医学上又称糖尿病合并妊娠，一般这种情况在任何时期检查女性血液中的含糖量都是很高的，并且这类孕妇在孕期基本都是多饮、多食、多尿，在治疗方面和普通糖尿病患者的治疗上并无差别，都是通过打胰岛素治疗。
孕期控糖合理为什么空腹检查总是高
孕妇本来在孕期就容易出现血糖高的情况，若是家族中有糖代谢异常的遗传史，那这类孕妇在孕期更容易出现血糖偏高，且在检查出问题后，若是不加以控制就很容易出现糖尿病，而出现糖尿病后的孕妇，基本表现为多饮、多食、多尿，这种情况就比较危险了，会影响胎儿正常发育，严重时候危及孕妇及胎儿性命，至于孕期控糖合理为什么空腹检查总是高的原因如下：
- (1)、对于孕期糖尿病患者，在治疗上面不理想，胰岛素使用不当的情况下，空腹查血糖可能出现血糖飙升的现象； 孕妇在夜间可能出现低血糖，若是睡眠不规律，就可能引起身体反射性的血糖升高，即便是空腹也容易检查出血糖飙升现象；
- (2)、还有就是对于孕妇糖尿病患者来说，荣誉出现黎明现象，特别是在早晨，由于肾上腺皮质激素分泌过多所导致清晨血糖升高，再加上孕妇晚上对饮食的不控制，一觉每晚都让分泌血糖的器官不休息，最终造成糖尿病的出现，也就是血糖升高。
可以说孕妇长期处于血糖过高的身体环境当中，不久对自己身体有影响，对胎儿的发育影响也很大，最常见的就是引起胎儿畸形发育，最后以流产的形式结束，结束后还得慢慢治疗自身血糖高引起的一系列问题，顾对于孕期血糖高升的姐妹，医院都会采取特殊治疗方式，在最短的时间内及时控制血糖，减少母儿并发症、降低围产儿死亡率。
