这几年网络上对于骨盆前倾的讨论是比较火热的。骨盆前倾是一种不健康的身体形态，除了不够美观，还会影响我们的身体健康，特别是对于女性的影响更大，那么，我们骨盆前倾站姿如何矫正？以及骨盆前倾有哪些危害。
骨盆站姿前倾如何矫正，主要有以下几种方式。
加强运动，比如在家可以进行平板支撑。平板支撑的动作也是非常简单的，俯卧在瑜伽垫上，双肘保持弯曲作为支撑点，肘关节和肩关节要尽量与我们的身体后背保持直角，用我们的手臂和脚趾作为支撑点。这个运动最重要的就是保持直角的角度，后期可以慢慢的延长锻炼时间。
平时可以进行臀桥训练。所谓的臀桥训练就是平躺着，两脚呈直角着地臀部缓慢抬起与我们的胯骨呈一条直线，保持不动几十秒，再缓慢落下重复这个动作，一组10次，每天完成6组左右。臀桥运动可以很好的锻炼我们的腹部肌肉，让腹部肌肉更有力量去支持腰部受力，帮助骨盆归位
放松背部肌肉，每天对背部肌肉进行拉伸。许多人骨盆前倾都是由于腰部肌肉过于紧张引起的，所以平时进行背部肌肉拉伸就是非常重要的。可以将跪姿的方式，臀部受力于脚跟上，双臂往前拉伸，这个动作保持一分钟，每天进行五分钟的拉伸。在拉伸运动后，可以利用泡沫轴进行背部以及腰部肌肉的放松。
骨盆前倾有哪些危害
长期骨盆前倾会导致身体比例失调，例如小腹过于凸起，臀部下垂容易脂肪堆积后容易横向发展。严重的可能引起内脏下垂此类情况的出现，比如女性的卵巢，子宫肠胃等形态，会受到扭曲，从而影响我们的身体健康。
骨盆前倾与我们的腰部力量是息息相关的，长时间的骨盆前倾可能会导致腰椎问题，比如女性经期前后容易出现腰椎酸疼。也会导致全身肌肉变化，引起我们的肩颈疼痛。
骨盆前倾会导致血管遭受压迫，血液不流畅容易引起我们的身体疲劳。
