这些糖尿病患者只要自身条件符合顺产，就可以自然分娩。不过也要记住，宝宝的体重也很重要，因为很多患者生的孩子一般都是较大，自然分娩需要力气。因此，还应考虑婴儿的大小，如果重量不是特别大，可以顺产。
一定要选择资质好的医院：因为这些患者会因为体内各种原因出现高血糖，这个时候自然分娩是有一定风险的，但是如果孕妇真的想顺产，建议平时控制好血糖水平，并在医生严格监督下进行阴道分娩，以免伤害孕妇和宝宝的健康。如果血压只是轻度升高，血糖稳定，此类孕妇和儿童情况良好，可以选择自然分娩，但高血糖，或其他心肺功能异常，肝肾功能受损，就需剖宫产。
二胎妊娠伴有糖尿病需做好哪几点？
绝对不能吃含糖量高的食物，此类食物会导致血糖在短时间内上升，从而加重病症。若是症状更为严重，可能导致流产。
注意蛋白质的补充，因为不能补充过多的热量和糖分。如果消化功能差，最好少吃植物蛋白。适当补充脂肪可以保持一定的热量供应，但是摄入量一定不能太多。
一定要在这时期坚持少食多餐，可以使食物能能好的被消化，而且还有助于控制血糖，不会导致快速升高，也不容易引起并发症。
可以吃维生素类食物，饮食的烹调不要过于油腻，适量添加一些盐和调味料就足够了。
运动能有效促进新陈代谢功能，可以到户外散散步，有条件的可以做一些低强度的瑜伽，可以有效避免糖尿病带来的危害。
此类患者会伴有啥表现？
怀孕期间，母亲和胎儿需要提供充足的能量，食欲增加是正常的生理现象。但是吃完大约一个小时后，会明显感到饥饿，体重不会增加反而会下降，需要排除糖尿病的可能。
孕期不要乱用药，皮肤发痒要及时查明原因，如果皮肤因蚊虫叮咬或过敏而发痒，大约两天后症状就会消失。 如是长时间没消失就考虑患有此病症。
没有做剧烈运动，也没有吃高盐饮食，但总是感到口渴，即使喝了水也解不了口渴。如果口渴还伴有尿频，晚上起床频繁，就要警惕妊娠糖尿病。
怀孕期间睡眠充足，但仍然感到精疲力尽，没有任何可能患糖尿病的能量。 怀孕期间总有莫名的头晕，可能是低血糖引起的，需要及时去医院查明真正原因。
孕期糖尿病的风险还是很大的，所以孕妈妈们要定时去医院进行孕检，及时治疗。
