面对多囊卵巢这一疾病，可不可以怀孕也要根据患者的具体情况而定。如果长时间不排卵，此时就无法怀孕，因为怀孕的前提是卵子排出后才能与精子结合形成受精卵，并植入子宫内。但是，如果女性的症状不严重，但排卵很少，在排卵期不采取避孕措施仍有可能怀孕，但怀孕的概率会低于正常女性。因此，如果女性出现这种症状，但在45天左右仍有月经，可以安排同房，为怀孕做准备，但如果已经几个月没有来月经，就只能考虑促排卵来受孕了。
这一症状怎么解决是最好的呢？
- (1)、首先，可以借助生活方式来改变。生活方式是指饮食和运动。出现这种症状的患者多为肥胖，减肥是疾病治疗的基础。有科学家通过调查发现，这种病患者体重减轻5%或10%，可预防肥胖引起的一切并发症，增加雌激素分泌。保持均衡饮食，避免过多的高脂肪和高热量食物，补充足够的维生素和矿物质，尤其是雌激素。
- (2)、其次是药物治疗。目前，通过使用药物来提高身体水平，让卵巢慢慢恢复正常，或者采取中西结合的方法进行调理。
- (3)、 最后，促排卵治疗。大多数患者成功受孕的机会较低，需要促排卵来提高受孕率。这时，医生会让女方吃药或注射促排卵注射液，以释放卵子。然而，重要的是，要知道在促排卵治疗期间，需要辅助阴道超声来监测卵泡生长，以了解卵泡发育和卵泡排出时间。
患者要防范生活中的哪些状况？
由于长期无法自然受孕，又缺乏有效的疾病治疗手段，女性烦恼、烦躁、焦虑，但这种情绪也会导致内分泌的问题。因此，在治疗疾病的过程中，要保持情绪稳定，让自己拥有平和的心态，避免激素的影响。过多的激素波动会使月经周期更加混乱，甚至使药物治疗无效。另外需要注意的是，这种症状的出现会影响女性的身体，尤其是生育能力，所以如果发现自己出现月经失调、多毛、情绪波动、体重增加等情况，需要及时就医问诊。如果真的存在这样的问题就要接受系统的治疗。
