#人工智能#美国专利局（US patent office）拒绝一个称为DABUS的「发明创造机器」专利申请，决定随后获得联邦地区法院法官布林克马（Leonie Brinkema）的支持。

人工智慧（AI）不能因其创作而获得专利权，这样的权利「只保留给人类」。不过，先前澳大利亚与南非法院都裁定，AI系统也可以拥有专利权。
