But we know that both mastery and pleasure are important．And mastery seems to be achieved largely through work．In our study，all the groups of employed women are valued significantly higher in mastery than women who are not employed．

propertySources中包含前面5个属性，ServletConfigPropertySource的source的类型是StandardWrapperFacade，也就是Tomcat里定义的ServletConfig类型，所以ServletConfigPropertySource
封装的就是ServletConfig。在web.xml中定义的contextConfigLocation可以在config下的parameters里看到，这里还可以看到name以及parent等属性。这里的config是私有的，不可以直接调用，config其实是Tomcat中的StandardWrapper——存放Servlet的容器。
ServletContextPropertySource中保存的是ServletContext。
JndiPropertySource存放的是Jndi，。MapPropertySource存放的是虚拟机的属性，如Java的版本、所用操作系统的名称、操作系统的版本号、用户主目录、临时目录、Catalina（Tomcat）的目录等内容；SystemEnvironmentPropertySource存放的是环境变量，也就是JAVA_HOME、Path等属性。
可见Environment的功能非常强大。
