#民航局发布东航飞行事故初步报告#
可能最关注的是下面一段话，以汽车事故做类比，逐一解释一下。
1.“当班飞行机组、客舱机组和维修放行人员资质符合要求”。指的是这些人是都是持证上岗，就像是事故司机有驾照，不是无证驾驶。
2.”事故航空器适航证件有效”。指的是飞机证照齐全，就像是你的汽车行驶证还在有效期内。
3.”飞机最近一次A检（31A）及最近1次C检（3C）未超出维修方案规定的检查时限，当天航前和短停放行无故障报告，无故障保留”。指的是飞机按时维修，飞行前没有故障报告，就像是事故汽车按时年检，开车前检查没发现问题。注意这一条并不能排除机械故障导致事故的可能性，因为存在检查者没发现故障或者该种检查条件下存在无法发现故障的可能性。相当于，按时年检，每次开车前检查并不能保证车辆在行驶中不会发生故障。
4.”机上无申报为危险品的货物”。指的是从航空货运托运单来看，没有危险品。类似于按照快递公司纸上记录来看，事故货车没运危险品。此条不能排除有货运代理用非危险品的名义向航空公司托运危险品的情况，参考”圆通快递谎称锂电池为普通货物 被取消航运资格的事件”。
5.”飞行涉及的航路沿途导航和监视设施、设备未见异常”指的是飞机航线上的外部设施设备（不是飞机上的设备）正常。相当于事故车辆行驶路线上的摄像头，红绿灯等设备正常。该条可能的意义是，这些设备获得的数据是可信的，这些设备发送给飞机的是正确的，但是不能排除飞机接受数据出现错误。
6.”无危险天气预报”。指的是气象部门没有预报危险天气，不能排除飞机遇到突发危险天气现象。
7.”在偏离巡航高度前，机组与空管部门的无线电通信和管制指挥未见异常”。这条其实很重要，人在做大事前不可能不出现波动，很多时候这种波动会在语言中体现出来，但是不知道报告中的“机组”是指机组每个人还是统称。
8.关于黑匣子数据。第一，黑匣子外形与数据是否有损坏没必然联系，很多读不出来数据的优盘和移动硬盘都是外观良好的（不要抬杠黑匣子有多抗冲击，此条只是说外观玩好不能证明数据无损）。第二，数据受损后恢复是需要时间的，以前用easyrecovery导出受损硬盘的数据，很多乱七八糟的东西，整理花了很多时间。
综上，报告既没有排除机械故障，也没有排除人为故障，只是陈述已完成的工作，具体事故原因还要等最终报告。
