天津网讯 城市快报记者 张珊珊 即时播报记者从市邮政管理局获悉，在快递收寄验视、实名寄递、过机安检和持卡认证的基础上，天津推进实施监控联网和车辆定位两项安全管理机制，形成寄递安全保障制度连锁链条。据悉，本市快递企业将健全和完善安全基本制度，实现安检机联网管理，联网数据接入电商与快递公益性信息平台，且严格寄递协议客户的安全管理，落实备案制度。
