天津市第十六届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十七次会议，听取了市财政局局长苑广睿受市人民政府委托作的《关于天津市2016年市级决算草案的报告》和市审计局局长刘健受市人民政府委托作的《关于天津市2016年市级预算执行和其他财政收支的审计工作报告》。会议结合审议审计工作报告，对2016年市级决算草案和决算报告进行了审查。会议同意天津市人民代表大会财政经济委员会提出的审查结果报告，决定批准天津市2016年市级决算。
