天津网讯天津日报记者陈忠权 眼下正是市民到山区农家院消夏避暑的季节，一些条件好的农家院看准商机，纷纷提高食宿价格，吸引优质客源入住。
据了解，往年山区农家院价格为每人每天100多元，包括食宿，但是从今年开始，一些硬件设施好的农家院开始大幅提高价格。一家山区农家院给游客提供四合院套房，每人每天收费价格是280元；另外一家别墅式农家院，每人每天价格是300多元。
