天津网讯城市快报记者高立红一女子谎称能够帮人安排工作、办理入学，先后诈骗30余万元。经检察院提起公诉，法院以诈骗罪依法判处被告人王某有期徒刑七年十个月，并处罚金人民币20000元。王某，大专文化，无业，2003年曾因诈骗罪被判处有期徒刑五年，并处罚金1万元。2012年12月至2013年9月间，王某谎称能帮助被害人张某到天津市某机关工作，先后骗取张某78430元。2013年4月至9月间，王某又以相同手段骗取被害人汪某人民币223430元。经被害人报警，2016年9月王某被公安机关抓获。
