天津网讯城市快报记者张珊珊即时播报记者获悉，天津市气象局举办强降水预报和海洋气象服务培训暨第十三届全国运动会气象服务培训，特邀北京市气象局国家级首席、国家气象中心海洋气象专家对强降水预报及海洋气象服务进行技术业务指导，此次培训，一方面利用专家的研究成果和预报经验为强降水预报和海洋气象服务提供参考，另一方面提升全运会气象服务的精细化、专业化水平和针对性，避免或减小降水、雾霾等高影响天气对室外项目和上水比赛项目的影响。据了解，第十三届全国运动会涉及开闭幕式、火炬传递、篮球、足球等多项室外项目及沙滩排球、帆船、皮划艇、赛艇多项水上比赛项目，举办时间处于天津夏季强降水多发时节，强降水天气的出现将不同程度地影响室外比赛项目及运动员比赛成绩。
