深圳注册会计师协会（简称深圳注协）是深圳市经济和信息化委员会领导，深圳市税务局、深圳市财务局、深圳市高新技术开发区直接管理的非营利社会组织。深圳注协拥有完全的管理权限和行政管理职权，是在深圳市里唯一的一家正规的注册会计师协会，隶属于全国注册会计师联合会。

深圳注协领证通知是深圳注协对注册会计师每年完成职业规范学习、考核以及继续教育要求后给予的认可，根据《中国注册会计师注册管理规定》中规定，注册会计师须具备资格要求，经审核后方可获得注册会计师资格。深圳注协会每年都会及时发布注册会计师领证通知，提醒注册会计师及时参加到职业规范学习、考核以及继续教育，并根据每个注册会计师学习、考核成绩及时给予证书，让注册会计师拥有一份可证明资格的证书，并可以在投资领域中进行活动。
