2023年1月17日，来自上海的上海禾赛科技有限公司的控股公司Hesai Group（以下简称“禾赛科技”）在美国证监会(SEC)公开披露招股书，其早于2021年7月2日在SEC秘密递表，股票代码HSAI，拟在美国纳斯达克IPO上市，有望成为“中国激光雷达第一股”。

禾赛科技，总部位于上海，成立于2014年，作为一家全球自动驾驶及高级辅助驾驶(ADAS)激光雷达公司，主要为乘客或商用车辆提供激光雷达产品，并配备先进的驾驶员辅助系统(ADAS)，为自动驾驶车队提供客运和货运移动服务，以及其他应用(如最后一英里配送机器人、街道清扫机器人和禁区内的物流机器人)。
2017年至2022年12月31日期间，禾赛科技共出货超过10.3万台激光雷达，并在2022年累计出货超过80400万台激光雷达，主要面向ADAS客户。其最大的ADAS客户包括理想汽车、集度和路特斯(莲花)，截至2021年12月31日，全球15家顶级自动驾驶公司中有12家使用和赛的主要激光雷达解决方案。
招股书显示，禾赛科技在上市前的股东架构中，其主要股东包括：
李一帆Yifan Li，通过ALBJ Limited持股8.6%，拥有25.7%的投票权；
孙恺Kai Sun，通过Fermat Star Limited持股8.9%，拥有26.5%的投票权；
向少卿Shaoqing Xiang，通过Galbadia Limited持股8.6%，拥有25.7%的投票权；
谢东萤Louis T. Hsieh，持股1.2%，拥有0.4%的投票权；
杨彩莲Cailian Yang，持股少于1%，拥有少于1%的投票权；
光速 Lightspeed Opportunity，持股9.3%，拥有2.8%的投票权；
光速 Lightspeed China Partners，持股8.2%，拥有2.5%的投票权；

小米 Xiaomi，持股6.3%，拥有1.9%的投票权；
远瞻资本Yuanzhan，持股5.9%，拥有1.8%的投票权。
此外，美团、高瓴、启明创投、CPE源峰、德同资本、中信产业基金、华泰美元基金、斐君资本、安森美半导体、Axiom Asia Private Capital、交银国际控股、磐谷创投、高达同道、将门创投、大米创投、PreAngel等也曾参与禾赛科技的投资。
